They nailed this design. It’s compact, it’s sturdy but not exactly heavy. It has significantly more utility than any bike multitool I’ve used before, in less space.

I had to grab something from my toolbox so many times I finally gave up on humoring the bike multi tool for my project. I had ordered a replacement post & seat, needed to install the handlebars, and assemble and attach training wheels. So while it is solid metal with a nice black finish and find white contrast markings on it, that strives for compactness, I found it repeatedly frustrating and often either unable to get around bolts it did fit due to angles and tight spaces, or didn't fit at all, or could fit but not rotate because everything is so tight together on this multi tool.

On the plus side, it's a hefty piece of metal with hardened bits. The problem is that the "wrenches" are practically useless unless you happen to be working on a nut on a flat plane with 6" inches of clearance. Very few nuts on my bicycle qualify. Similar criticism applies to the fold-out tool bits and clearance issues.

Perfect size! Easy to take on rides. Has all tools needed for repairs. Love the portability.

This was a fairly decent tool until the day I dropped it and the screws and pins started to come loose eventually making it multiple pieces instead. That was okay I mean I bought it and it wasn’t such a pain and could be used as a last resort if I didn’t have my other bike tools on me while I am out and about. But this one piece I used (the bit tool ) had broke and was no longer any good to me. I thought this was going to be sturdy but it actually wasn’t and had a slow painful put on the back shelf kinda death with me. I didn’t mind it in pieces but the way it broke and an important part of the tool to me I just I dunno very disappointed actually. I mean it isn’t worth it if you ask me and I barely used it too so it basically disintegrating and the metal(metal plastic???) breaking just doesn’t make a good tool for the price or for durability. It definitely isn’t durable.I liked the look of it however but that might be its only saving grace.

This does include a wide range of useful tools, but it is quite bulky compared to a leatherman or such. I would not want to keep this in my pack on me, but it can live in my saddle bag just fine and gives me a wide range of tool option. I am a little worried about using it in tighter places though, since not everywhere I sometimes need bike tools has a ton of clearance to fit tools into. I might still keep my miniratchet and bits with this for those times.
