Zippers are cheap and not very smooth but work better after waxing. Holds a decent amount of stuff but since there is no internal frame, it droops over and hangs down. Completely useless for your phone because it faces away from you when the bag sags. The more you put in it, the more it droops down and interferes with the handlebars. I replaced it with a downtube bar phone carrier for small stuff and a larger rear carrier for more storage

Works. Can touch screen. Inside storage big enough. Not pretty but works well. Worthy for money.

The quality of this seems really nice. I like the storage capacity, I like that it came with a shoulder strap to convert it into a messenger bag, and I like the drink holder on the side. However, I ultimately decided to return it for two reasons. One is that I use my phone for navigation while riding my bike, and having the phone turned sideways is inconvenient. The other, more important reason, is that The zipper pouch that holds the phone on the top is very snug, which means that the zipper teeth scrape along the phone when you slide it in. This is a problem for me, because my screen doesn't have a protector on it. I suspect that my screen would have gotten very scratched up using this bag. But, I was bummed I had to return it. It did seem like a nice bag...

We bought two of these for our bikes. They have 3 strong velcro straps which hold this to the handlebars securely. In fact, the straps are long enough so that if you have brake or shift wires in the way, you can adjust it to sit away from the handlebars. These tend to hide the front reflector but there are three reflective strips on the front to accommodate that. Both the mesh on one side and strap on the other can hold a standard store-bought water bottle or soda bottle. I don't think I'd trust a larger aluminum or stainless steel bottle, but it should be OK with a smaller one. The top pouch for the phone with the clear window is well-made and worked just fine with our phones, we were able to use the touchscreen just as though it wasn't there. This gets 5 stars because it deserves it.

I have an escooter for transport and wanted a bag I can both leave on the scooter with essentials so I can't forget them but also be able to easily bring indoors when I go places. This was it!The only thing I can't speak on is the cup holder. I have not yet used it and it seems like a full drink would cause a big difference in weight distribution and possible cause problems so I have been hesitant. Will update When I eventually use it for its purpose. So roomie! I keep a wrist brace, portable charger, chapstick, brush, wallet, phone, in the summer a rain poncho! and theres usually still room for whatever else i want to bring that day.The velcros are good, but this is an area I think could be improved as feeding the velcro through the bag's slots can be frustrating. I put safety pins on the end of my velcro to pull through and that helped a lot.The adjustable Strap is handy. and the phone screen is not as usefull as I thought it would be.

This handlebar pack is a great size, nicely made and attaches easily with Velcro. It gets a little lopsided with a full water bottle but otherwise great!
