I've had a Wahoo Kickr for a little over a year, but I never got the front wheel chock to go along with it. After about an hour or so, my hands would start to go numb, but that's the same when I'm on my bike when it's set up properly. (Doctor just says that's the way it is, shake my hands out every mile or so.) But, when I put this underneath my front wheel, the numbness didn't show up until much later in my "ride". So, there's obviously something to it, and I must say, it is nicer to have the wheel feel like it's in a much more stable position than just freely hanging out there. I just wish I had gotten this sooner!

So simple, yet so good!The little feet don't do much, and if you want it to stay planted, you might want to glue something more substantial to the base. But this block holds the tire of my trainer bike just fine, and it's both more attractive and more functional than the piece of wood I had under the tire before. For the price, you can't really go wrong.
