The chain thingy broke at the first attempt (I am not a muscular person). The removal tool didn't fit to the cassette. So I had to hammered down make it to go into the cassette. Frustration...

Todo bien con el producto, el unico problema fue que faltaba la pieza con la cadena, contacte a Amazon y me enviaron un reemplazo en 2 días.Fue mi unico inconveniente, pero fue resuelto de forma rápida.Respecto al producto, puedo recomendarlo, se siente bien y de calidad, ya que al utilizarlo no se deformó como otras herramientas.Puedo recomendarlo!

I have use this tool four times now and it is holding up fine. Good value For home use. The chain is too wide to fit into 12 speed SRAM cassettes. It will work, but not great.
