I bought this to prevent blisters during sports (I play tennis heavily and bleeding hand blisters are a major problem during the dry months of the year). This is by far the most afforable, durable, and comfortable brand of finger tape I've tried. It will sometimes leave a slight sticky residue on anything you touch but that's normal of these type of products. The important thing is that it works really well!

Good for BJJ. I use the .3” for my fingers and it works well. Easy to tear and sticky enough to last a through a workout but easy enough to remove. Sometimes leaves a little adhesive residue but it comes off easily. I used another brand that has since been discontinued and I am on my second batch of this tape. I’m sure there are lots of other good tapes out there, but this one is pretty good.

We all eventually tape our fingers and toes in BJJ. This stuff is great. Super durable and easy to remove. I highly recommend!

Pros: It’s super easy to apply and rip (no scissors) needed. Has a good initial stick.Cons: After a few rolls it started peeling away. Makes your hands super sticky and leaves tons of residue.EDIT: 7/13 After using the tape multiple times since it does the trick. The tape only left a residue since it was left in hot conditions before applying making the adhesive warm up. Also, the tape is “stringy” essentially as your rolling it out you’ll have a small piece detach. Changed from 2 star to 3 for nowI would maybe purchase again, but might go a different route.

Being a BJJ practitioner, I always need athletic tape for my fingers and for any injuries I might be nursing along in training. Being that training sessions are long and sweaty combined with the fact that the areas I have taped are constantly getting grabbed and rubbed against, it can be super irritating when tape doesn’t stick well enough and falls off 10 minutes into practice. I’ve used pretty much every brand of tape imaginable, from cheap drug store generic brands to the brand name expensive stuff and this tape is far and away the best I’ve tried. The adhesive sticks all practice long, the tape is soft and has some stretch to it so it’s easy to get it wrapped tight enough for support but not so tight it cuts off circulation. After ordering big horn tape a few months ago and using all 8 rolls of it, I will only use this from now on. I’ve given rolls to training partners to try and they all have asked me where to get it so they can switch to this brand as well. Love this stuff!!!

I've ordered a second round of these as I went through my first package which actually lasted quite a long time. The last time I used these was this morning when my pinkies on each hand were incredibly sore for some reason and I was going golfing. So I taped up my pinkies and it helped a ton. I use them mostly as an older guy in jiu-jitsu and they provide an amazing amount of stability if you tape your fingers right without having to carefully tear off wider strips from those larger white rolls. I actually have a sling that I use for every day carry and it is full of tools and gadgets that I find really helpful. I have a roll of this tape in there as well and you'd be amazed at how often it comes in handy for all kinds of things due to it's slim form factor and strength.
