I’m glad I found these and they’re working great as I’m working on changing the brakes on my jeep. They are light and easy to move around and apparently sturdy. Glad I got them to add my tool chest.

The place where I bought jack stands from had a serious recall notice pin to the wall. I used those style stands for years. After seeing someone's video explaining the condition required to collapse this jack stand,I was "Absolutely Horrified". Needless to say, All of them got sent to recall and got money back too, for the fact they had no replacement for them. With that being said, I bought these and when I get them in my hands, I did my own visual inspection on them. All the teeth on the bar are uniform and are deep. The latching arm pawl fully seats into the teeth of the bar, like they should on any jack stand. BUT, the most important one is that, [Additional Slide in Locking Bar]. I have never lost a jacked-up vehicle yet, nor do I intend to either, {50 yrs plus}. Personally, All jack stands of type should be required to have them. The stands themselves are heavy metal and are WELDED!!! They are squared and even across the of bottom feet. If anyone reads this review, You might or SHOULD reconsider what is holding up your vehicle or the etc of. Remember, It only takes once !!!

This was a birthday present for my mechanic daughter which she loved very much. They are heavy duty and great size. Not to heavy for her to move around. The lock feature is great and the look of it is nice.

There are very few jack stands on the market that can be set to nearly 2 feet at this price! I'm very impressed! The quality is really good and despite their high weight rating they are not too heavy or bulky. The locking pin design is very smart.
