I wanted to use this chair for a bit before posting a review. It's been about 2 months now and the chair has performed great. While I am not pushing the maximum load capacity of 600 pounds, I can tell that this chair is SOLID. The seat and back are both large and the padding is firm; but not too firm. The seat is also long under the legs; which if fine for me at 6'-2" w/ 32" inseam. If you have shorter legs, you may find the seat to be too long as it catches me right behind the knee. I also like the adjustable lumbar support and multi-position arms. It's a nice-looking chair and I've gotten several compliments for others in the office. I wasn't too difficult to put together by myself; but an extra pair of hands wouldn't hurt if you're less-than mechanically inclined. In summary - I'm happy with it and would recommend it for larger folks who need some extra room and support beyond the typical office chair.

What a great office chair!Easy to assemble and lots of mobility with the armrests. Cushioning is a bit firm but comfortable and will last a long time. This company contacted me after I had the chair for a week or so and wanted to make sure all was well and if I needed anything. Wow! In todays world, that is almost non-existent.This chair is awesome for the price. My wife even likes it! I think that's a first.

Product came packaged nicely. I assembled it easily by myself in a half hour although others might want a helper. It came with extra bolts which is always nice although it didn't need any. It's a bit stiff (which is what you want) because the cushions will break-in (soften over time) and be perfect. Good adjustable lumbar support if you need it. It leaned back was too much until I realized I needed to tighten the big spring underneath to give it the correct amount of tension, which of course depends on your weight. Chair is sturdy and nice armrests. Overall happy with my purchase!
