This chair was easy to assemble and super comfortable! I was looking for a chair that wouldn’t make a day of meetings feel like I just ran a marathon and this is it. The seat cushion is WIDE and comfortable and there are a number of adjustments and functional settings to further adjust your comfort. The chair looks and feels solid - so far, I’ve been very pleased!

Amazing chair! I am on the bigger side and I needed a chair that would accommodate my weight. I was very skeptical at first because it did not look as large in the pictures. But to my surprise, the seat is huge and very comfortable. The arms don’t pinch my sides at all. I still have at least 3 to 4 inches away from my hips. The chair is well made and heavy. I did not receive my first delivery and when the seller was made aware, they were very prompt in sending me a replacement. I work from home so it is very important for me to have an ergonomic and comfortable office chair. This chair is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone who is on the larger side and needs a stable and high-quality office chair.

I can't say enough good things about this chair. It's comfortable and supportive, was a breeze to put together, and was so affordable. I work remotely, and when I recently moved I ended up with enough space to have my work set up in one room and my personal setup in another. Whenever I first started working remotely, I used my office stipend to buy (what I consider) a ridiculously expensive office chair. That chair is pretty nice and I thought it was going to be the most comfortable chair I could get, and I wanted to keep it with my personal set up because of that. However, I never felt that the expensive chair properly supported my back. I just thought this was the way it is being a big person and that I was forever doomed to have a sore back after work. However, this chair is absolutely PERFECT. I don't have any back pain at the end of the day! I don't need to add an extra cushion to sit on or a lumbar cushion - this chair has the perfect support everywhere. It is widely adjustable, large enough to fit a big person quite comfortably, and feels very sturdy. I really couldn't ask for a better chair. I don't want to get rid of my expensive chair (nor do I want to lug this amazing chair up and down two flights of stairs every time I want to hang out at my personal set up), but I will be keeping all my fingers and toes crossed that this chair is still available in a couple years' time when my expensive chair inevitably bites the dust. If there's such a thing as a holy grail of chairs, this one is it.

I am....not small. It sucks, I'm working on it, but it is a long road ahead, and in the meantime I still need to have a seat in my home office for work. I had previously ordered a different chair that alleged to have a much heavier weight capacity than needed, and it was immediately apparent that was very much not the case, as various parts kept constantly breaking due to strain. It finally broke beyond repair, so I decided to try this one.And boy was that the right choice.As soon as I opened the box it was obvious that this chair was, pun intended, heavy duty. The parts are all very sturdy - no flimsy plastic wheels or legs here, they're nice, solidly constructed metal. The seat is extra wide, and the cushion is super thick and very supportive yet still soft and comfortable. The thickness of it actually makes it sit a bit higher than a normal office chair, which I really prefer. I've only had it about a week, but there's no sign of the piston sagging so far, which is usually a problem that quickly develops in other chairs.It was also quite easy to put together. I didn't have the problems other people talk about in their reviews with the screws not being labeled. Everything was clearly labeled and organized, and it only took about a half hour to put together. Also, the included Allen wrench has a corkscrew-style handle which was very nice and I'll be holding onto that for future use.Most importantly, it's actually really comfortable to sit in! Probably the nicest office chair to sit in that I've ever used, outside of the super fancy executive ones in our office's boardroom. And as a surprise bonus, my back has even been hurting less since I've started using this.This was a great purchase and I am very satisfied. It even arrived a lot earlier than the shipping estimate said to boot.

I ordered this chair for my gaming setup because the chair that I bought prior to this one, that was rated for 500lbs, broke after 3 months. I have had this chair now for a few months and I have to say it is way better than what I expected for a chair that is so affordable. I am a small content creator and a college student, and I am in my chair for several hours a day. The chair has an almost 4-5-inch-thick cushion that is super comfortable to sit on. It also offers good back support. The one real worry I had was if it would be wide enough and tall enough because I am 6'6" and 462lbs, and this chair delivered. The armrests adjust in and out, backwards and forwards and the chair is plenty tall enough. If I had the shock adjusted all the way up my feet would probably dangle off the edge of the chair. Overall, I give this chair an honest 5/5 review and I highly recommend if you are a larger individual who is working with a tighter budget, buy this chair!

One of the sturdiest most comfortable budget friendly chairs for a big person I have bought. I have only had it a week so will see how long it holds up.Chair back is cheaper plastic than I expected and hope it holds up, most of the support is in the legs of the chair, and arms which are metal.The arm rests do not lock into place and constantly rotate out when I bump them with my elbows, if there is a way to tighten or fix this issue, that would be nice.The instructions were ok but vague. Thin plastic piece snaps onto the back to cover some screws was cracked in half and loose inside the box, but does not affect the chair at all.For the price its a good chair and hope it last me awhile.
