The product is good. The box was a little messed up upon arrival so about 35 of the sheets were un-useable, but overall, it was a good transaction.

These parchment sheets come flat in a box. The box was a bit damaged because it’s flimsy and heavy but overall the product is intact and excellent for the money. There has been a shortage of parchment sheets at the restaurant supply stores so I tried this brand. This will last a while but I kept them in the box, opened the damaged end and have it standing up under my stainless table. You will need a large flat area to store them laying down as they are the size of a full sheet pan (26x12, 15”) or you could take a bundle of 50 and fold them in half to store as needed and put the other 950 sheets away when needed.
