This is a gift for Mother's Day, so I won't be able to comment on how the hot plate works until after my friend gets this and tries it out. The cup itself is so cute! It's good quality, perfect size and thickness! I love it!

I absolutely love my cat mug that came with it! It was a big incentive for choosing this model in particular, and I don’t regret it. I use the warmer every day at my computer. I have the bad habit of drinking my coffee slowly, and it would always get cold before I even made it halfway, so I never finished it. With my warmer, I no longer have this problem! The buttons are touch-activated, and sometimes I accidentally turn it off when grabbing my mug, but it’s not a big issue. My husband was jealous—I had to buy him one too!

I first bought this cute kitty coffee mug with a smart mug warmer back in September of last year and it was knocked over and I immediately placed and order for another. It got here in one day! This mug and warmer will keep your drink warm or HOT all day long it's super simple, just plug it in and wait. It's a great size for a large cup of tea or coffee. And although my last one broke it still a THICK ceramic and is seriously just so cute.

My room is a basement room and tends toward chilly. My hot drinks are cold within an hour. With this warmer (and the mug it came with), I still have a hot drink after a couple hours. FANTASTIC!! Plus, the mug is adorable.Now, why four stars:Main thing, I can't adjust the temperature. Mine is stuck at 113F, and that may restrict my ability to use this mug warmer to the mug it came with, which is smaller and will require more fills. This is a pretty minor issue for me, overall. I'm debating on whether to request a replacement, but I only would want to replace the mug warmer itself since I've used the mug and the mug isn't the issue. I'm trying to decide if it is worth it, for me, to go through the fuss.Still, worth noting.

I ordered this kitty cat coffee mug & electric warmer for my friend’s birthday. She is going to love it! The mug color actually matches her living room furniture too! I was happy free that it was packaged well and shipped to me without any damage! Definitely recommend for those kitty cat lovers!
