I got exactly the custom-picked charms i needed for my mother's charm locket - you can't ask for better than that. I got the package ahead of schedule (or at least very early in the predicted delivery window). And each charm is very nice, good quality. The detail on the tiny flamingo is pretty amazing. So happy with this order.

These were ok but not great. Out of the 10 charms selected 3 of the ones I got were the wrong ones. I had double checked to make sure I had the order numbers correct before ordering.

So shipping was not quick. It's Christmas shipping season though so I won't hold that against them. However an 11th charm was included and I doubt it was "random." It was in theme with the others purchased so I'm pretty sure someone thought about it. Pretty generous in my book and worth a 5* review. As for the charms, they are comparable to any of this style. They are metal, color is "within the lines," and I doubt they are going to have to stand up to much stress being contained in a locket... So they are exactly what you expect them to be...

I loved this option for buying floating charms. I got to pick the 10 that I liked best from a large selection. I did not have to settle on buying a group where I only liked a few. These we so cute, I am very happy with them.

I liked them. I got 2 different letters. A and C and the one was a tiny bit smaller then the other. Not a big deal though just letting you know incase you'd want to know. I still love all of them.

I was surprised when my order was shipped the same day I placed my order. I love the charms! Some are for a Christmas gift, the others are for me! I was looking for a few specific charms and I was so happy that you had them!
