I have been using unbleached paper towels for years but hated all the plastic wrap they came in. I always buy in bulk so you have each individual roll wrapped in plastic along with the entire package wrapped in plastic. I love that these are wrapped in paper and come in a cardboard box - no plastic at all. The rolls are smaller than normal and the towels are half-sheets that are thin and papery; if you like the huge roll of ultra-thick, soft absorbent ones you may not like these, but they do a great job at all my daily clean-up chores and we fold them in half for napkins at dinner. I also use them to re-oil my cast iron pans and I don't have to worry about any unhealthy particles they may leave behind. Really happy with this product and I feel good about using them.

I have replaced paper towels with bamboo paper towels. They are tough and absorbent and do everything the white paper towels did. Paper towels are as waste of trees, and bamboo replenishes itself so quickly, which I consider a huge win.

At first I didn’t think I was going to like these paper towels but once I used them I realized just how good they really are. Far superior to ordinary paper towels. Thin but absorbent and strong. I highly recommend these paper towels. Plus I feel good about them being bamboo, save a tree 🌴

I have been using bamboo towels for several years. These work well. Not as thick as Bounty but the bamboo makes me feel I am doing something to save boreal forests. The rolls are smaller than most paper towels. They are serrated so you can use a half towel easily. I use old cloth dishtowels most of the time to wipe up water. I use these for messy spills that would stain my old dishtowels. That works well for me as I end up using a lot fewer paper towels than before.
