I bought the biometric lock version and installed it in my CT. Because I work with my hands, my fingerprints are beat up, often dirty and worn down. I notified the seller that the biometric lock was not reliably being able to read my fingerprints and requested a replacement with the combo lock version. The seller quickly and graciously shipped me a combo lock version to replace the biometric lock version. I really like the combo lock because it works well and always opens on the first try. I would recommend this seller and safe to everyone.

Install instructions are pretty poor - see first review for more details - it's well written. Mounts solid, fingerprint sensor works well, roomy....current version comes with interior padding for walls - early versions did not and it's needed. Only real complaint is the knob to open is cheap plastic - it works but could be a future failure point and cant imagine it would cost more than a few bucks for something more solid. Happy Overall and would purchase again!

The installation once you figure it out on your own is not bad. The included instructions are lacking. I finally got it sorted and went through the steps to record my fingerprints and I noticed the keypad was getting pretty hot. I concluded it was due to heavy use. Got it installed, it does fit beautifully in the space but the battery only lasted 1 day. I had to use the physical key the next day. To do it again, I would not get the one with the fingerprint reader option. **Update 09/22/24 - Was contacted by the seller and they have sent me a new touchpad / lock assembly. This unit is not getting hot and is working as advertised. I've updated my review to 5 stars for the product and the customer support offered.

I like the safe drawer. I leave it unlocked and keep my work gloves in it. Should I need it for something that needs to be secure I can place the items in it and lock it immediately. The only problem I have is the drawer does not work smoothly and If I pull hard to open it, the drewer pulls out off the tracks.

Perfect fit and easy to install into Cybertruck. Opening a bit too small for 9mm if you have a attachments.

I bought this for my 2024 CyberTruck Beast Foundation Series. Fits great and seems to be good quality. Hope if/when the time comes, the bio-thumbprint electronics works flawlessly. Should be a good deterrent as well for any thief’s.
