I've really enjoyed this paddle. It's light and the weight savings translates to easier paddling and less fatigue at the end of the trip. This is my 2nd year with the paddle and for the price, it's absolutely the best paddle out there. I get good thrust and speed with this paddle. Wish it came in a 160cm size, because I've got one kayak that is 36" wide and I'm over 6' tall, but the 250cm does the job. Get it, you won't regret it.Disclaimer: My kayaking is on slow rives and lakes, so I can't speak about how this would be for an active rocky river.

Works well. Light weight. Shaft is round rather than oblong on my old wooden paddle so it takes a few trys to get one's grip correct but this is a minor issue. Apparently oblong carbon shafts are not easily produced.

I’ve used this paddle a few times now since I got it , and it is outstanding in its performance. Very lightweight and easy to hold. Digs in deep when you’re paddling aggressively. I just came back from a morning 7 mile trek , and this thing will really get you moving through the water even in the wind !!

The paddles are good, light weight. The colors can chip off the blade if it strikes rocks or similar.

This is a great paddle! It's very lightweight and yet very sturdy. The one I originally received had a minor manufacturing defect. I contacted the seller and they were very quick to respond and sent me a replacement immediately. Great customer service for sure!

I’m very happy with it. It weighs basically nothing but is also very strong and durable, makes it very easy to paddle for long periods of time without burning your shoulders out. Not only does it function well, it looks great also. Would highly recommend adding some rubber grips cause the carbon fiber is very slick but all in all it fits and works perfect!

Anyone looking to upgrade to Carbon Fibre knows that they are quite pricey. This is the best price out there for a Carbon paddle. The first thing I noticed when I pulled it out of the box was how light it is! It’s like a feather. My only complaint is it doesn’t have the cut out thingie on the right side that helps you with hand placement.I used it today for the first time and it’s a damn sweet paddle in my opinion. No regrets. Some people complained that the logo was just a sticker. The company must have listened as mine is definitely NOT a sticker or label. I doubt this will rub off.For anyone on a budget looking to get into a Carbon paddle I doubt you will be disappointed. I also purchased some padded sleeves here and installed those as well to help with soreness on the right hand and they help me with hand placement and no more sore hand, so all good here.

First of all, I thought it'd be flimsy but it's surprisingly rigid, I really like the 235cm length not alot of those around mostly 220cm. Good size for a wider kayak and long distance. Did 6hrs of paddling on a tandem with ease. Reasonability priced too

I have been paddling for over 20 years. I have 8 kayaks and we use them all. I always envied the carbon fiber paddles, but never wanted to pay the $300..I lost a paddle at a launch and saw this one. for $99. I took a chance and its GREAT !! Light as can be and solid !! ! I swear it paddles better than all my others .Has a smooth entry and less resistance through the stroke. We passed it around at our last paddle and 1 more was ordered. Will probably get 2 more over the winter. If you are on the fence about a carbon fiber you will NOT be disappointed by the Best..Thank you Best for making these affordable and excellent quality. !!!

We purchased two of these paddles last week and tested them on the water last weekend. I think its a great paddle for the price. Not the lightest out there since it is a carbon fiber shaft + fiberglass blades, but a definite improvement over the fiberglass and aluminum shaft paddles we already had.The paddles will float on the water. They each came with a leash as pictured. The size - these were about 1.5 inches longer than my 230cm field and stream paddle. We weighed this paddle and came up with 970 grams or 34.22 oz. A fiberglass shaft field & stream paddle we have weighed 1130 grams or 39.86 oz and a cheap aluminum one we had was 1220 grams or 43.03 oz. (all pretty close to 230cm in length, but the BEST paddle was the longest of the three, but still the lightest by far).Blades very firm, provided plenty of power on the water.Nice finish, very smooth and easy on the hands. Put together well. Good firm engagement when the paddle is put together. Minimal "slop" between the two pieces.Definitely would buy again, especially at what we paid ($89). Its not as light as a full carbon fiber paddle, but it isn't $250-$400 either.
