Look great and very deep and comfortable but after just a few weeks of having and only sitting in a handful of times 4 out of 6 chairs are starting to unravel. So disappointing because I love how they look!

I purchased 4 of these bar stools (Best Choice Products Set of 2 Woven Wicker Swivel Bar Stools) in September 2022. They have only been used for about 4 to 5 months as they were put away for the winter (we live in Ohio) and they have received very light use (we have no children and not many guests) for the time that they were being used. One of the chairs woven wicker ropes has completely let loose and is unwinding. It is no longer providing side support nor does it look nice. There is no way for me to fix this as it appears the rope was tied in place and just loosened over time. The overall quality is poor and I am concerned about the longevity of all of the bar stools because they are all built exactly the same. The manufacturer has responded to my inquiry saying that they only provide a 60 day refund/return policy so there is nothing they will do to make this right. I wish I would have bought a normal wicker bar stool (instead of opting for something more stylish) that would have held up for 10 years or more. See attached pictures.

The chairs do not hold at all. The cords come loose- bought six chairs excited they look nice but every chair is unwound and hanging off. I bought for the outside covered pavilion -Very disappointed
