My daughter wanted this guitar for Christmas. When the guitar arrived, there was a slight issue so I contacted Best Choice Products and they resolved the issue. This is a great beginner guitar and my daughter is very pleased with the sound and quality.

The guitar itself is very good for the price. My daughter has been taking lessons with it and it sounds great. The tuning tool has never worked and the carrying bag's strap spontaneously tore while on her shoulder going to her lesson causing the guitar to fall to the ground and break. She was devastated of course as was I since it is not exactly cheap to buy another one. Be very careful with this bag or better yet just but I better one right away.

I bought this for my son's first guitar and it was most definitely a good purchase. It came with everything he needed, strap, pic, and a few other items. He and I both are really happy with the guitar.

I have no idea how it sounds or if it stays in tune, but it arrived in one piece with everything noted. It even had a tuner that I didn't see listed. I might followup if I unwrap the instrument (wrapped tightly for shipping). The gig bag has straps so it can be worn like a backpack which is a good thing if a person needs to walk a bit and carry things rather than single strap big guitar case purse. At first I thought there might be issues because the arrival dates/times would come and go, but still in a short span of time I had the instrument. The seller responded quickly when I expressed concern about that.

Look this is a great guitar if you are trying to get in to playing. There is no reason to go spend 100s of $$ when you are just starting out for a beginner this is a great deal, but I would also like to let you know that you should check your local pawnshop out. The strings would be the first thing to replace.
