These softball pants would be perfect for curvier girls. My daughter usually wears a small in womens Champro pants. These pants in size extra small were huge on her. The pants were also very see through.

These pants have some great features such as extra padding on the back side for sliding, silicone strips on the inside of the waistband to help keep the jersey tucked in, and reinforced material in the knee area. All of these features seemed to work great and the pants feel durable and like they would last for a whole season of softball. The problem we had with the pants is the fit. My daughter is tall and thin and these pants just do not work for that body frame. The waist fit okay, but the cut of the pants didn't work for her and the opening of the pant legs with the elastic was far too large and baggy. This would cause the legs to ride up any time my daughter had to slide and they just looked bad. I think your opinion of these pants will really depend on how they fit on your body type. They did not work for us.

These softball pants are true to size, but fit very tight as they are intended to. If you like a relaxed fit, size up quite a bit or pick different pants. If you are going for the very snug fit, these are pretty good softball pants. They fit well, and have a higher waist than most of the other pants I have, and they are plenty stretchy to actually fit over a curvy figure without gapping at the waist. The fabric feels thick, and at the black color is not see-through at all. I am not sure about the lighter colors, but the fabric is pretty thick. It feels like just the right balance between sturdy and stretchy. The extra fabric in the back feels soft. It isn't exactly where I need padding, but it does give the pants a high end softball feel. You can move pretty well in these pants, and they look good too. They don't have any visible branding, which I also really like.The length is ok and standard for most softball pants.

Got the Extra Small size for our daughter who is about 5’1 and 90’ish pounds. They are not tight, but are not loose either. They fit her well. These are made from a nice thick material that should wear well while protecting her while sliding. Two pockets on the front, two on the back…all functional. The belt loops are very robust, with the longer “tunnel” type loops on both sides and in the middle of the back. Two traditional loops are close to the button in the front. The elastic at the bottom of the legs is not too tight which is nice.Also like that these have two strips of silicon around the inside of the waist band to help them stay in place even if you were not wearing a belt. The zipper is fairly heavy duty as well.Overall…very pleased with these.

Our teen says these are her most comfortable pants (she's very athletic, curvy/thick). They wash up easily. Great choice!

These are pretty good quality pants. My daughter got them for little league. She is 5'3" so youth sizes are too short for her. The fit was pretty good, a bit large in the waist, but that was expected. She thought the material was a little itchy but otherwise they were comfortable. The price is seems a little high, but not crazy.
