These give my dog loose and gray stool. She's been getting them for about 3 weeks... And still very loose stool. I wouldn't recommend these even if I got paid. So, now I'm out 30$ on something that came sooo recommend by all the sources I read. The wellness treats from joints and hips works better and doesn't cause loose stool. So, I'm going to stay with the $7 bag of treats verses $30. Very disappointed.

Our dog enjoyed the Bernie's Healthy Hips, and it did help her.I'm surprised now that there is a different supplier now and the cost went from 39.00 to 106.00??As much as it helped her, I won't be buying this through Amazon unless it goes back to a reasonable cost.

After doing research and learning that glucosamine can have harmful side effects on dogs I started looking for alternatives. This supplement has been the best option because of all the natural ingredients. I only give my dog natural foods and products, I even make my own dog food because I’m very particular about what I give them. My dog got hurt and wouldn’t jump because of pain in his joints. After I began using this, I kid you not, within a week he started feeling better and small jumps turned into big jumps. He was back to normal in less than 2 weeks, this stuff works fast! I now use it every day and have gone through 2 bottles and still love it and so does my dog. He actually asks for it every morning he scratches at the cabinet where I keep it to remind me to give it to him. Love it!

3 stars for neutrality, item does perhaps work *if* your dog has no food allergies.We have a 7 y/o bassett hound who has been on Purina Hydrolyzed dog food, per the vet, for 4 years due to food allergies. We do not know what ingredient upsets her stomach so this was an attempt to get ahead of possible joint problems.I gave her two chews in early October around dinner time. She needed outside three times in the night to expel her dinner. Wasn't sure if it was the chews. Gave them again 1.5/2 months later during breakfast, as an experiment, so I could monitor her throughout the day. She is currently throwing up again and showing discomfort. So I can only assume it's an allergy to an ingredient(s) in these chews. I hope they are working beautifully for other pups, we'll have to try another kind unfortunately. I have no frustration, you never know what your pups can and cannot tolerate until you try.

My 9 year old Rottie mix Luna developed a lump in front paw making going down stairs and getting off couches and beds where she snuggles with us very difficult. The vet diagnosed a mineral deposit in her shoulder which was helped by pharmaceuticals but I did not want years of that for her. Bernie's has her limp free and hopping on and off everything with no pain.While we bought this for Luna, my husband noticed our 11 year old lab Moose having trouble jumping up into the cab if his truck lately. Since rides in the truck and jumping for balls are his favorite activities, I started him in Bernie's as well with equally good results.They also both LOVE the taste asuch as any treat.Thank you Bernie's for helping me keep my aging dogs as active as when they were younger.

My Berner went crazy for these!! 10/10 for sure. He’s still young so I’m just using them as a preventative measure but I’m sure they will provide results in the future.
