When in use, open the bottle mouth and fill it with clean water (not more than 3 / 4), and do not fill it up, so as to prevent the volume from changing and the blue ice from deforming during freezing.
Tighten the bottle cap and keep it for 15 minutes. The material in blue ice will react with the clear water to become gelatinous.
The product can be used as freezing medium as needed after being fully precooled in the freezing chamber for 8-10 hours.
This product is a substitute for ice. It can effectively keep food fresh when used with incubator. It is suitable for carrying milk bags, taking meals to school, work, outdoor activities, tourism, etc.

For those wondering how much water, it's just a very very small amount under 2 cups of water. Then put the lid back on tight and shake it WELL. Shortly after you will no longer hear the water sloshing as it turns to gel. They work just as well as some of the name brand ice packs. So far it's a wait and see if they ever split open.

I found these when looking for ice packs for my work cooler back to transport my breastmilk home that I pump at work. I found a lot like this but they were all blue but I wanted a different color and these are perfect! They are filled with a powder and then you add water when you first get them. Then you are good after that. They stay frozen for A LONG time and I get compliments from people who see them. They wrap around the bottles which is nice because not only do they keep them cold, they also keep the bottles in place. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend these!

Great ice packs easy to freeze and they last all day, even when out in the heat they still kept my food and drinks cold and fresh inside my bag. Im definitely buying another set

I purchased these to put in my lunch bag each day. The food stays cold as long as needed. I keep a juice or soda in my fridge and also use it to help keep things cold. Very well made and serves it purpose well.

I bought these to stick between cans in my cooler during the summer, and it works perfectly! Regular 12-oz cans, like a Mountain Dew can, perfectly fit along the curves, but those thinner, taller aluminum cans, like White Claws, also fit closely to the curves as well, so it works with whatever cans you're packing. They stay cold and frozen as long as any other quality freezer pack as well.

These are perfect as ice packs. Do not throw out the sand/beads that come with them. They look like those packets of beads that keep moisture out. These are actually beads that expand in water that are meant to be inside the ice packs with water to help them stay frozen. There are no directions that tell you this, so I dumped them into the sink initially and they began expanding quickly. Oops
