I needed a weatherproof toggle switch to install some lighting in the bed of my truck and came across this one. It is definitely more expensive than many other options out there but for good reason. The build quality of this switch is incredible and the design of having everything well sealed with the wire leads coming off is great to make sure it stays sealed. I was installing this in a new truck and did not want some cheap switch installed, I wanted it to appear as if it was an OEM switch. This one fit the bill perfectly and I will definitely buy again if I have another project that needs one.

This is exactly what I was looking for for a heavy duty marine grade 2 prong rocker switch. I’m using this as a fuel pump cutoff switch hard wired to the main power wire to my fuel pump on a normally aspirated 4 banger. Sealed body, molded terminals, 16guage wire, heavy rocker, rocker cover, and 25amp/12v capable. Overbuilt and I love it.

Installed as a hidden switch inside wheel well to switch ground side of relay/solenoid, so far so good, boot seems to be water tight, drove through some deep puddles and no issues... I'll probably still add some type of silicone or goop near the base and keep a good eye on the boot to make sure it doesn't get any tears. Should be fine, I wouldn't recommend using it to carry any load directly (I wouldn't with any rated switch of this type).
