Seams do not match. Finish is rough. Color was off. Difficult to tilt the globe. It is going back. I'm embarrassed to give this as a gift.

I loved this globe and like other items that I like but just can't buy in my shopping cart. The prices go up and down and you're notified when you check your cart. I just couldn't shell out $30 for this globe. One day I looked and it was decreased to $9.99; now THAT is worth it! It is beautiful and as described.

The frame that holds the globe is lovely, however, i was disappointed with the actual globe as this is made out of paper mache and is very fragile
