I bought this to use on my Mac when troubleshooting networks. I love the fact that it usable on both USB C and A ports, with no risk of losing the USB-A converter since it is firmly attached. Works well, and I couldn't ask for more at such a reasonable price.

Works great. Was able to just plug it in and use it right away. Connected to my ethernet cable and to my mouse. Both work find. The cord is nice and durable. The attached usb 2.0 adapter worked like a charm. I have an older macbook pro with no usb-c ports.

These newer laptops never have enough ports. My newest work computer doesn't even have a network port. This does all of those things flawlessly.

I bought one of these for myself & one for my place of work. Simple ethernet delivery & 3 USB options. The plugin with USBC/USB attachment option was particularly useful as my laptop is USBC & my work computer is USB. Worked flawlessly.

I needed a way to connect Ethernet (RJ45) and USB-A printers to my MacBook Pro while traveling on business. This is a great solution, as it is small and light, so easy to pack in my laptop sleeve. And it has worked reliably.

I thought this must have a hardware conflict, but this Benfei USB hub is just as slow and balky on any PC I have tried it with. Two other similar devices from other manufacturers (like ACHORO) work perfectly in its place. Into the trash it goes.

Compré este producto para utilizarlo con mi ordenador. El cable aparenta ser bastante resistente y bastante maleable. Un aspecto que me gusta mucho es que puedes utilizar puerto USB o puerto USB-C, todo según te convenga mejor. Para contar con más puertos USB es idóneo.Si hay algo que me hubiera gustado algo más es que, dado que quiero tenerlo justo al lado de mi ordenador, es que el cable fuera un poco más corto, pero ese inconveniente no impide que tenga tan buena valoración. Lo recomiendo.

I really like that I can use both USB-A and USB-C connections that this unit offers to connect to my laptop. The Either net connection worked well while uploading data to my server, and the expansion slots have also worked well uploading and downloading data from USB thumb drives. I did fine it a little disturbing that the unit gets warm (not hot) when it is just plugged in with nothing attached.

BENFEI 2 in 1 USB-C/USB 3.0 to Ethernet AdapterExcellent adapter, exactly what I needed. Works perfect on my wife’s MacBook Air (USB-A) and her new MacBook Pro M2 (USB-C) connecters and my Asus Laptop (USB –A and C). The Ethernet connection works seamlessly in all cases and is a huge help when traveling were Wi-Fi is not available and when you want a more secure or faster connection then Wi-Fi provides.Comes with a disk but for us it was just plug and play no issues.The 3 USB-A ports all work just fine and all laptops recognize the ports. Ran with an old CD Disk to load picture onto a disk from the MacBook Pro and no issues.One thing to note is that the USB-C block is the same size as a regular USB-A block but the USB-C male end is offset and is able to connect next to the power input for the MacBook and other inputs on my ASUS, so no space issues.The only possible negative that really isn’t, is that the cable is a bit stiff making placement a bit awkward yet still manageable and it being stiff likely makes it more durable.So really I have no complaints, good quality, really does what I need it to do.I would recommend to my friends and family.
