This is my 2nd purchase of this. It fit perfectly on my Gazebo and outside of Chicago it lasted 3 years, less than the original but for the price well worth it.

This gazebo replacement canopy is great. Fit our frame perfectly, even the top little piece. Waited to do review until season was over, durability was fantastic . Wish I would have bought this brand before. Hope they have screening available. We sprayed with "Kiwi" water repellent to make it more waterproof, worked great! Would absolutely recommend . Also a great price !

This canopy is a great find. Because of the adjustable ties on the corners, you can get a perfect fit. No leaks or drips. The top piece fit well, too, which in our experience doesn't happen very often. The entire canopy is surprisingly secure. We had a severe thunderstorm with high winds just a few days after we installed the canopy. Everything remained in place with no rips or tears. The material is strong without being rigid. Great color and quality. We will probably buy another to have on hand when this one is worn-out. When we get a full season from a canopy, it is a win. Very hopeful this one will make it May through October. We are very pleased with this purchase.

i did not like the fact that the little canopy topper was the incorrect size for the frame i had. the rest of the canopy fit perfectly so i just made do and added extensions. it worked perfectly. the other thing i didnt like was that it's not as sturdy as my first canopy, of canvas. and it has grommets placed in the top which allowed a bit of unexpected rain in. i don't see the reason for them but i'm sure there is one. other than that, i'm quite satisfied with the purchase. for the price, i expect it to last a couple years, possible three. it keeps out the bugs, the zippers work perfectly to enclose the interior, and it's perfect to eat outdoors in. i also added solar lights to the interior to brighten up the night!

Just put on today April 2 , Top part way too big but we pinned it up to make it work ,picture shows very thin where Velcro straps are , hope it doesn’t rip , low quality priced too high , looks decent , we are hoping it lasts the season .

Bought this in early April, it's now late August and this canopy has been just about perfect. No rips, no leaks, just as secure now as the first day I put it on. Not sure why some reviews say it's not waterproof. I've been under it in a downpour and the fabric is waterproof (except for the mesh opening between the upper canopy and the lower canopy where rain comes in). Also not sure why some reviews say it isn't true to size or doesn't fit a 10 x 10 frame. My frame is exactly 10 x 10 and it fits perfectly and securely. Love the velcro fasteners and the nylon pull ties on the corners. The second tier mini canopy has velcro entirely around all 4 edges and attaches to the larger canopy securely. There is a mesh window on the smaller canopy that lets the wind escape. I've watched it from my kitchen window during high winds, thinking it would fly off because it inflates like a parachute when the wind gets under it, but it has never detached even a little. I've never had to readjust this canopy in 4 months. The one con I have is that I agree with the review about the fading. It was a nice mocha brown color but has faded to a light beige color. But sitting under it in direct sunlight, it still filters 75% of the sun which is nicer than the thicker canvas canopy's that feel a little claustrophobic. 5 stars.

Fit perfectly on our 10 x 10 gazebo that lost it’s top in a storm last year. It put up a good fight! We did add a few more grommets for security, we had the stuff here anyway. We didn’t even know if you could just purchase a top. The previous year we had lost the entire steel frame as well. BenefitUSA’s replacement top has been great. Not a single problem all year. My husband was going to take the top and netting down the beginning of November and I said I thought we might have a couple more fires before we would have to take it down, so we left it up. 1 week later, no fires, snow storm, the frame is bent beyond use but the top is not ripped. There is 3 ft of snow on top of it and the top is collapsed but you can still see the point. It is still on the frame and approximately 4ft off the ground. You know it survived! No rips anywhere. We went to work, came home, and in our absence the top did finally rip. It was holding an extremely heavy amount of snow, even to hold it at all is quite a feet. Unfortunately we do not allot enough prep time in the am to include shoveling off the gazebo! Guess it’s a whole new one again. Starting to considering building a wooden structure!

It’s cheap and will only last you a couple seasons. However for the price who cares. It’s perfect fit and it does exactly what is meant for. I will buy this again when this one dies from the elements.
