I got these to help add an extra layer of warmth to my hands and arms during winter as I'm quite sensitive to cold. And they do serve that purpose quite well. They are tight enough that they don't roll down but not so tight they're uncomfortable.The knit fabric does began to pill slightly in short order which wasn't too much of a surprise (nor is it too much of a problem.)I received a pack of black, heather grey, charcoal grey, and brown. I found that they are all different sizes, making some more useful and comfortable. The brown and charcoal grey are a full centimetre longer than the two other pairs and have larger thumb holes.Much of this space is at the hand side, meaning the space between the thumb hole and upper edge is longer. For me, these are the most comfortable and warm pairs. The heather grey have the shortest space here and the smallest thumb holes. They are the least comfortable and, since they cover less of my hand, are just less warm.Consistent sizing would have been nice and that's probably the biggest flaw they have. Overall, I've been wearing a pair of them daily and find them generally to have been a good purchase in spite of a few flaws.

These are good for the price maybe? Not at all thick and first pair worn got a run that surely was the death of it. Not very long- to my elbows? I am small to average size armed.

I was a little worried if they'd fit. I'm chonky and sometimes these things don't have enough stretch to get over my arms or the thumb holes are too small. These were great. Plenty of stretch but still thick enough to be warm. The thumb holes aren't huge, but big enough that I don't need to cut them to fit. They'll be nice to have for winter to stay a bit warmer while working without having to worry about layering my work shirt over a long sleeve shirt.

These fingerless gloves are so adorable, soft, keep you warm actually, and are priced just right! I am so happy I took a chance and ordered this set of fingerless gloves because I couldn't be anymore pleased with these if I tried! They are great and exactly what I was looking for! These are first and foremost such an adorable and fashionable add to your fall/winter wardrobe and I cannot stress that enough, just so many great compliments whenever I wear these! I love the way they complete any look! But I have to admit the most surprising and exciting fact about these is they actually keep me warmer I really thought they were just for looks. I was dead wrong they work very well. I ride my bike a lot and these are a must have for me. I literally do not leave home on my bike without these when it's chilly. You will live these well made soft great colors to choose from. Why wait? You know if you are still reading this you want these! They are less than $20 GET THEM YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT I SWEAR!!!!! Stay warm y'all (waving bye in my fingerless gloves of course!!!!) lol

Love this brand & what they are-I have bought 7 of these in a few weeks now & given 4 of those pairs to 3 other people that also were just as stoked to receive. Great value for the money!! Really good product overall & very much if you are on the fence-buy them!!Two small complaints-in the 4 pack, one pair appear to be more of a red/maroon but they are a very dark brown. Think chocolate colored. Maybe just my error but posting because--someone else might see the same. If I had known, I would have ordered another color set.Second (very small) complaint-stitching on one pair was very weak around both the thumbs & upper arms. Since I gave a few away-could be happening on others, but likely not. (I'm pretty sure they would tell me since it's family.)Overall: Buy these!! Myself (eccentric), my sister (now a mom of 3/former goth teen), my niece (adorable baby goth), my dad (cancer patient)...we freaking love these & are all happy!! 😊

I got these to wear as a 'guitar sleeve'. The thumb hole was too small on mine, for where I wanted the thumb hole for comfort. I carefully popped a few stitches on the 'back of the hand' area of the thumb hole to loosen up the thumb. There is a heavier loop of thread that runs around the thumb. DO NOT BREAK THAT HEAVY THREAD loop that runs inside the stitching. Just pop one light thread at a time and try it on. When you get your thumb comfortable, it should probably be restitched to the knit fabric asap. (and around The heavy buttonhole thread that shouldn't be broken.) 😉 I bet this would extend their life.I got lazy and never restitched the opening and it held up surprisingly well through lots of washing, but eventually started showing thinning and stretching in the knit by the spot I never re-stitched for the thumb. I'm still using my first one after about a year now. After a year of daily wear during practice, there is pilling. The knit eventually takes on the shape of your arm even after washing and drying. The thumb/ hand area gets really ugly eventually when you pop it off your thumb to eat, wash up, etc. and its 'just a sleeve'. They do look great actually as normal sleeves when used as such. If pilling doesn't drive you crazy, and the sleeves were used as intended, rather then as a daily wear item, the 1 year life expectancy in my case, would be extended.The elastic on each end of the sleeve tube is comfortable to me, and the elastic is covered so I don't get raw or irritated skin. I recommend these as an alternative to a proper guitar sleeve. (BTW- the photo shows the sleeve covering the knuckles. If you leave the thumb hole alone, they stay like they appear in the picture. once you start breaking stitches to open up the thumb, the hand area that the sleeve covers was reduced by about half in my case, and rides much closer to the crook of your thumb.I decided to update my review. Two years in and i'm still using the same sleeve. I'm still using these as a sleeve for my picking hand to keep my arm from touching my instruments. I never did re-sew the stitches I popped for my thumb btw. The popped area has more thinning because of that, but it hasn't effected how it performs. It still stays up well past my elbow and after the initial pilling, it hasn't gotten worse. I still love these after two years!

These were just what I was looking for to help keep my forearms/ wrists/ hands warm when I am in pain. But they have a unpleasant smell that doesn't seem to fade very fast even if washed and the shrunk a bit in the dryer. Still useable though.
