Really nice shade. Perfect size for what I needed. I wanted to replace a much smaller glass shade that came with a floor lamp I bought here on Amazon and this size suited the lamp way way better. It’s a really nice shade of beige and has a nice linen texture. It was super easy to put together. I only deducted one star because the rings have these little clips for you to secure the shade to the rims which is really brilliant but you can see them through the shade when the light is on. Not a dealbreaker but something to consider if that type of thing bothers you.

getting the fabric around the brackets was easy. nice that there's velcro to close the gap.installing the harp adapter to the bracket was a PAIN. should i have used pliers? the instructions were no help there. what little you get is very poorly translated. pliers might have misshaped the cheap plastic part.

I was a little intimidated at first when I realized it came as a kit and I had to assemble it, but it turned out to be extremely easy to put together. The directions were clear, and it only took 2 or 3 minutes to do, leaving me with a sturdy, attractive lampshade.

I bought this to update a floor lamp from 15 years ago. When I first opened it, I was a little intimidated by having to assemble it, but it is very easy—you just click the shade to the wire frame. I love the shape of this because I needed it to fit closer to the wall, and now it does.

This lampshade has a pleasing texture and nicely finished edges and seams. After assembly its appearance is pretty much as shown on the product page.This lampshade product is shipped as a collection of parts. The shade is assembled by attaching clips that come prebonded to the top and bottom of the shade material to its upper and lower wire support frames. After the fabric is clipped onto the top and bottom wire frames, it must be drawn tight around the wire frames to overlap Velcro strips bonded to either side edge of the shade material, before the Velcro strips are pressed together to complete assembly.I've seen similar products where the seams, lampshade fabric, and positions of the clips and Velcro attachments have irregularities, and/or are poorly finished.That is not the case here. The shade seams have a uniform appearance and a nice texture.

I could not get the adapter ring to fit the lampshade scaffold. It’s too small and also off-center. Need to return it.
