Sound is pretty close to the 808 tha we have in our memories. Interfase was enhacen but still has a lovely vintaga feel.

I really liked the sound and is very well buildt. It just have one thing that bothers me, and is that the maracas and hand clap cannot be triggered simultaneosly, not even through MIDI. Besides that, I'm very happy with the product.

I love the nostalgic design and work flow. Nice piece of kit for the money considering the alternative. Everything works well and sounds great!

I own a lot of vintage analog drum machines, like the CR-78, DX, Minipops, CR-8000, etc and this is my first venture into a non-vintage. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but overall very happy. It feels reasonably well built, solid knobs and some weight to it. The analog sounds are good and pretty spot on to the original. It's missing that vintage mojo, but again for the money, that's easy to overlook. It has some nice modern features like midi and sequencing. It also has a filtering option which I don't find that useful. Overall glad w/ the purchase.

Los sonidos analógicos que emite son lo mas cercano a la legendaria 808, aunado a las diferentes modalidades que tiene para darle a cada instrumento un largo determinado en el secuenciador, dándole mucho groove a tus composiciones. El MKII tiene ligeras mejoras de la primera RD-8 pero por el precio definitivamente es la mejor elección.

Bestellt geliefert in wirklich kürzester Zeit, Das Gerät traf noch vor dem angegebenen Liefertermin bei mir ein.Was soll ich sagen, ich bin von der RD 8 MK2 begeistert. Ganz klares Plus ist das Preis Leistungsverhältnis, mit der Ausstattung und den Fähigkeiten kann das Gerät ganz klar überzeugen. Die Bedienung bedarf ein wenig Einarbeitung und Übung stellt aber kein Problem dar. Für den Fall der Fälle gibt es es für die Anfänger auch sehr gute Tutorials im Internet. Die Taktung mit der schon bei mir vorhandenen TD3 von Behringer war völlig problemlos, das Ergebnis im Zusammenspiel der Geräte überzeugt mich.Das Gerät ist qualitativ gut verarbeitet und weist keine Mängel auf. Die Haptik der Tasten und Drehreglerfühlt sich angenehm an, nichts ist schwergängig oder hakt alles funktioniert Reibungslos.Für mich deswegen als Fazit eine klare Kaufempfehlung !!
