With this lock as tight as it could go, I could still pour beer. With a teenager in the house that wants to drink, it was an issue. I replaced it with a "Chrome Tap Lock for Standard Draft Beer Faucet", once tight, it doesn't pour (although you can remove the entire tap still, she hasn't done that)

It does not keep it from coming out. I had some teen boys overnight and they found out it does not work. Very disappointing. I'm going to try a different one.

I was tightening the lock and the key broke off in the lock. The lock needed to be tight because if it wasn’t you could still pull the tapper.

I put on the draft handle and it locked them. I was pleasantly surprised, I thought for sure it would open a black hole to a nether dimension but thankfully it did not…it locked the draft handle

I bought this tap lock to keep temptation away from our underage sons and their friends. It did stop the ability to dispense beer when you are pull the tap forward, however it does not stop it from dispensing with backward pressure (the foam feature). Which I think most Kegerators have. So, unfortunately it did not work for our set up.Although the seller did allow for an easy and quick return/refund.
