Sets of individually wrapped (to prevent scratching each other in shipment) polished chrome plated heavy brass ferrules with 1 1/2" long 5/16-18 hanger bolts to make your own custom beer tap handles. Longer hanger bolts are more difficult to work with so we choose harder to find 1 1/2" bolts for your ease in installation. Ferrules have 5/16-18 thread on top (to match hanger bolts) and 3/8-16 standard beer faucet thread on bottom.

Like many other reviews, I found that the included hanger screws were too long if you only thread the "screw" section into your handle. This can easily be remedied by drilling into the handle a bit farther, putting some of the machine threads into the handle. I used two jam nuts to thread the bolt in until they just touched the handle, and that was a decent depth to thread the ferrule onto. I also added a touch of loc-tite to the machine threads to keep the ferrule from moving in the future. All in all, these are a nice looking set of hardware and the fix isn't too difficult - but I took off a star for the hardware not matching the description.

This product was falsely advertised, the machine threaded portion of the screws that come with this set were longer than they said. Make sure you check that ahead of time as I installed all 50 and then realized the machine threaded portion of the screw were so long that they came to the very bottom of the ferrule, making it impossible to screw on to an actual tap as they were no more threads left. I bought a set of five initially, and these were the correct ones. This cost me many hours of extra work ($$$) to cut the bolts down, as they had already open installed in the taps I made. Do not recommend.

I ordered a set of these, and loved them. Nice, heavy, well made. They were made by Krome Dispense (part number C243). I liked them so much that I ordered a second set. Upon arrival of the second order, it was obvious that they were NOT the same. The second set were VERY light, with no brand markings. The second set feel like they must be chrome plated aluminum instead of brass. Size and shape is very similar, but not exactly identical. The screws are shorter as well. I went back and looked at the vendors that I purchased from and realized that the orders were sold by two different stores. I've returned the second set that I received and have replaced an order with the first vendor that sold, what I feel to be, the superior product.

These are nice, durable, high quality hardware. Good value if you make a bunch of handles.

I make tap handles for various breweries. These are the best I've found as far as quality and ease of use. They may not be the least expensive, but well worth the cost.

Good product and was extremely easy to install. I used a sanded down piece of kiln dried cherry wood and used this to attach for a tap handle

My latest hobby is making tap handles out of random stuff like Vault Boy & Boba Fett figurines and spent shell casings from 30mm gatling guns. These little doodads are just what you need to convert your odds and ends into creative tap handles. Easy peasy egg and cheesy:1. Just drill a hole through or into whatever your handle will be.2. If it's wood, use the screw/bolt hybrid that comes with the product. Screw the screw into the hole, then screw the mounting cap on to the bolt end.3. If it's plastic or metal, you'll want to drill all the way through whatever it is and then use a standard bolt (you'll need to buy your own, but hey you needed to get out of the house anyway) to secure the mounting cap. If you don't like the bolt head showing, you can cover it with matching sugru (mankind's greatest invention).4. Screw the tap handle on to the tap head on your kegerator.5. Have a beer, you've earned it!

I really couldn't be happier with these kits for tap handles. They are a nice, high-quality metal and finish. They have a nice heft to them and the ferrule is a good size. Also, the price is good to boot.
