Beduan Air cylinder manifold is the starting points for air cylinder systems.Can be mounted in line or at a take-off point easily with 1/2 inch NPT female thread Input Port and 1/4 inch NPT female thread output port design.
Single row manifold Type and corrosion resistance material. It takes one line of air from a pump, air cylinder, compressor, vacuum engine, or other such system and Splits it into many of them.
All ports are in the same size, so that you can use it as a 1 in 5 out, 2 in 4 out, 3 in 3 out and so on to meet your own requirement.
Caution!! This quick fittings are only used for industrial automatic apparatus and can not be applied on any medicinal equipment.

I have to remove this thing to take pictures, but here's the gist. the large galley crossdrill is crooked, and the threads are not good. the big problem is, one ot the 2 incorrectly machjined mounting holes actually broke through into the main galley causing a big leak. this part is trash, hopefully they see this and reply. There is NO contact info on their page, we'll see how Amazon and/or the seller want to handle it.

This manifold is less expensive than others I’ve seen. It looks very clean and shiny. On closer inspection I noticed loose burrs of metal inside where the threads were drilled. Fortunately these sharp pieces of metal were discovered before pushing them through my pneumatic cylinder. See the pictureI will take the time to clean out the loose metal and use this manifold with a smile, knowing it is $$$ less expensive than others on the market.

Update:The company refunded the purchase without my asking them to do so, and I have increased the starts to 5 for this very kind action on their part. They said some were improperly tapped, and they have corrected this issue in the current model, which I will be ordering as soon as they say it's available.I have purchased other items from this company, and they are all good products, so I'm glad to also see that the company is equally solid.Original Review:I bought the model with four 1/4" and two 1/2" tapped holes. the 1/4" ones are tapped properly, but the 1/2" NPT threads are not properly formed, and no pipe or fitting I have will work on them. The holes are tool shallow to run a normal tap through, so without drilling the hole much deeper or using a bottom tap I'm not sure it will ever work. Unfortunately, I'm also past my return date since I did not notice in time that this would not work.

This is one of very few distribution manifolds with mounting holes. Looks great.However- ALL holes were poorly threaded. Looks like they tapped them *very* shallow and left it full of chips. Had to retap all 8 holes (four 1/4" and one 1/2" NPT).Tapping was easy as it's aluminum. Also noticed one of the 1/2" holes was factory tapped at a slight angle- which is impossible to fix without redrilling/tapping to a larger size. I left the slight angle and kept it 1/2".Overall still not a bad price for a nice manifold, but they need some serious quality control.You can see the angled tap on the lower 1/2" pipe. I installed that as a debris/water trap.
