The factory bearing lasted 14 years-this one less than three. Installed in February, 2022. Normally a decent brand, but the rubber tore clean through and the driveshaft was just banging around. Went for a Spicer/Dana one this time. 50% more but it’s the OEM brand. The yokes have “Spicer” stamped right on them

I just wasted $58.15!!! The bearing started squealing loudly after about 400 miles! I am always suspect of reviews thinking they may be from the competition. Trust me when I tell you to stay away from this bearing! It is garbage. I should have bought the factory part to begin with. Lesson learned. I lost about 4 hours to take out this junk part and install the OEM part and am out the purchase price because it waited just long enough to exceed the return date. Not very happy with this seller or Amazon. Why cut off the return date when an item is clearly defective. Congrats to Amazon and the seller for your profits at my expense! Will look elsewhere moving forward.

Do not buy this junk part. I purchased BECKARNLEY thinking it was going to be a decent part. The rubber has cracked and disintegrated after 12 months and only 10000 km of driving. I think the bearing is still good. I originally replaced my old part because the rubber was worn out, same thing with this now.

Unlike the others the bearing is not squealing however the rubber cushion that supports the bearing is cracked and coming apart after a only a year. The original lasted 12 years before it was changed because the rubber allowed the drive to move up and down excessively. I expect better from the Beckarnley brand having previously used their products successfully. I would have preferred to contact them directly before leaving this review but there isn't a link to do so.

I like the low price but i now know why it was so much less than OEM Toyota part. I had it professionally installed and it makes a low squeal when you accelerate from a stop. I took it back to my mechanic to be checked and he said everything thing is 100% correct i can't guarantee the part you brought me. I imagine this means it will need to be replaced soon. Oh well hopefully it lasts enough time so having to replace and pay for installation doesn't have a big impact. Toyota part is $275

Not as good of quality as the original toyota part. However, for the price and ease of installation, this is a good choice. You'll need a simple bearing puller which you can get at any hardware store for 10 dollars.
