The top pieces of the quilt rack would not match up with the legs of the rack. I contacted the seller who stated he would send me the top pieces or a partially refund of $58.00. I don’t know what a partial refund would do me. I would still have a worthless piece of junk. The so called replacement part was never sent. The rack is so heavy repacking it would be near impossible although I was not offered the option of returning it. I am a 70 year old disabled woman. A neighbor tried to put it together for me but was unable to because of the defective piece that was all askew. The box was destroyed. I am out over $200.00. Amazon’s so called A to Z replacement policy is a bunch of bunk. Shame on the seller and shame on Amazon.
