Just got this today. It is Absolutely Gorgeous!! Got a king size for my queen size bed, and it goes all the way to the floor on both sides, the bottom as well. It did have a smell to it, so after reading other reviews, I put it in the dryer with a wet cloth and the smell it totally gone. Very happy about this bedspread. I have always wanted a chenille bedspread.

This bedspread is very pretty and lightweight. It fits well. It is often hard to find a bedspread designated for a queen bed and not a full/queen! The pattern and design of the bedspread is pretty. I bought this in the sage color and was well pleased.

I didn't know one could still buy a chenille bedspread of this quality any more. I am totally pleased with the product. The color looks beautiful on my bed. The price was very reasonable. I am totally satisfied.

I couldn't be more pleased with my bedspread. It is very nice. It is a good weight. The chenille is thick. The fringe is a generous length. I think this bedspread is an exceptional value. It exceeds my expectations. I am a satisfied customer. Thank you for this wonderful old fashioned spread.

I rarely write reviews but this is my second time buying this bed spread because I’m so in love with it. I now have a white one and the maroon. Both are gorgeous. I’m disappointed there aren’t more beds in my house! The material thins out a bit after a few years of consistently washing in cold water about once a week. Every once in a while a piece of fringe will unravel but its an easy fix. Overall the quality, price, and beauty of these blankets is unmatched.

Ordered the king sage for use in a modern style room. It does not look like grandma’s, although it is a vintage style. Some say it is soft, and although I find chenille to be soft, this is a basically a cotton spread. It’s not designed to be soft and cuddly. I prefer cotton for comfort & sleep, so it suits us well. After washing and drying, it held up nicely and did not appear to shrink. It stayed put during the night with just enough weight. Comforters just don’t cut it for two people sharing covers. I had selected a different color in my cart which was $30 more, so I switched colors to make it more of an economical buy. Being as it is the #1 in domestics for bedspreads, I felt it was a solid purchase!

I most definitely love my new spread with the shams, definitely buying another in a different color I like to change it up a bit and this spread looks great in every colour.

This bedspread is fabulous. It’s not overly heavy but it’s just perfect. I have a queen bed but bought a king and it goes right to the floor. I also have the two pillow shams and they were very generous in size, beautiful quality.

I had to write this review because I rely heavily on other people's reviews. That said, I'll begin by saying that I just received my chenille bedspread and I'm 100% happy with my purchase. I smiled hugely when I opened the box because, although I was slightly anxious when I ordered it because of the reviews that dealt with size and thickness (or thinness), I knew immediately that I had made the right decision.(1) This is truly a vintage-inspired bedspread -- just like Grammy used to have. I was slightly concerned because the picture makes it look puffy. It's not.(2) It's thin but not in a cheap way. You can see through the non-embellished parts to the same degree you can see through quality, unlined, white linen pants. If you're not wearing a leopard print thong underneath, you're fine. (Ladies, you know what I'm talking about.) One of the pictures shows my hand under the bedspread, so you can see for yourself.(3) I love the fringe! The picture makes it look as though a separate piece was sewn on. This is not the case. The fringe is an extension of the bedspread, as it should be.(4) Here, I will explain the size in detail. The king spread claims it's 118x120. I didn't measure it; however, if you look at my pictures, you can determine whether or not it will work for you. I have a king (76"x80") Saatva bed with a 14.5" mattress and an 8.75" foundation. Combined with the frame, which is 8" from the floor, my bed sits about 33+" high. (I know that's higher than the math would tell you, but it is what it is.) You can see in my pics that the king spread hits the bed frame. Since I haven't found a bigger spread, this is fine with me. I will be ordering a bedskirt. No big deal.(5) Shams. Again, as you can see in my pictures, you do not need shams. If you place the spread evenly on the bed so that it hits the frame in the same place all the way around, you have more than enough to cover your pillows. Of course, if you want them as decorative accents, go for it.(6) Lint. I don't know what some others are referring to, but it doesn't appear to be extraordinarily linty. I shook it out, put it on, no issues. Maybe after washing, there'll be lots of lint in the dryer. We'll see. I wanted to put it on first so that I could take pictures and help others make their decision, since my search for a quality, inexpensive bedspread took more than 3 weeks.I hope this was helpful. I can't imagine anyone being unhappy with this beautiful bedspread.
