I conducted a lot of research before this purchase and I went with the Beatbot for a specific few reasons. First, I wanted something cordless. Second, I wanted a unit that was easy to remove from the pool. Finally, I wanted something that would really clean the pool walls. This this is legit! It cleans my floors spotlessly, cleans the waterline, and has proven easy to remove. It charges fast too. I’m impressed.

This cleaner is awesome. It does such a great job and is so easy. I love the fact that when it's done, it rests on the top of the water by the side so you can just reach in and pick it up.

Honest review. I’m a huge fan of technology first and foremost. After my corded Maytronic Dolphin Triton PSPlus went out this year I decided to purchase this Beatbot Aqua Sense 2. Packaged well and with clear instructions I tested this product. After a few weeks and reaching out to customer service for some additional support. Beatbot representatives were able to explain in detail what was actually taking place with the robot. I’m eager to see and continue to use there products. Don’t look at the initial cost of this investment. That robot I mentioned before cost just as much but it lasted me from 2018 -2025. With that being said do the math over the years. I’ll refer this model and others because of the product and customer service go into great detail when you need them.

So these bots are expensive, but this is the cheapest of the three options but also what I feel is the best value. You can read for yourself the differences on the models on Beatbot's site, but in summary to give up about 500 sq ft of cleaning area to the Pro version and you give up the option to skim to water surface. For those with an above-ground pool this second one may be a deal-breaker, but for those of us with built-in skimmers, it really isn't a big deal. With the nest model being $1000 dollars more, it's up to you if you feel you need those features.Other items of note are that this thing is built really well and seems solid. Its charging cradle is also solid and the app is very useful and easy to connect. Technology-wise, it's a really strong product. As others have noted, curved stairs are an issue with this bot. I want something that gets 100% of my pool and this one misses curves as it did in last year's model.Ultimately with this items in mind, you can decide if it's the right fit for your pool and your expectations of an automatic pool cleaner. To me, it's the best value of all of the models offered by Beatbot, as the others add some features but start to get way too expensive for what they do.

Its the best investment i had on my pool so far. It was much easier to set up and use than I was expecting. I got the Beatbot from packing box to setup, connected, and working in under 30 minutes. And it is amazing when it comes to cleaning the floor, walls and waterline. It cleans about 99% of what I'd expect. When activity is complete it moves to the pool edge for retrieval. This is a fantastic feature. Other cordless machines have to be fished out of the bottom of the pool.If you want a hands-off way to keep your pool clean, BeatBot’s totally worth it. The time it saves is worth the cost. I would recommend this robot to anyone wanting to get one to clean their pool.

I'd never used a pool robot before. After couple days of research I chose the Beatbot pool cleaning robot, and I'm surprised how powerful this robot is.Its smart navigation and powerful cleaning abilities mean I can keep my pool crystal clear with minimal effort on my part. Drop it in the pool and away it goes. I've found no areas of the pool it hasn't learned.Love this thing!

First of all, I like that it’s cordless, and the charging dock is so convenient. It’s so much easier to handle than those with cords. And when it’s finished it docks itself on the seat/ledge in the deep end of the pool, I can just reach down and lift it out effortlessly myself. Money well spent! Highly recommend!

Living in the Great White North, our large, above ground oval pool is a large block of ice right now. However, we did take this for a trial run at a friend’s indoor pool. In all fairness, this will be based on functionality in a clean, indoor heated pool. This summer, we will give it a much more rigorous test in our outdoor pool.Out of the box, the build quality has come to be what we would have come to expect from Beatbot - solid feeling plastics and metals, very intuitive control panel, easy to disassemble for required emptying and cleaning. We already have a Beatbot water surface skimmer bot, and we have been very, very pleased with the quality.Once submerged, all 3 functions went off without any issues whatsoever - bottom cleaning, sidewall cleaning, and waterline cleaning. As mentioned, the quality of cleaning was difficult to assess, given the cleanliness of the friends indoor pool, but the Bot definitely did everything we expected it to do.The initial mapping of the pool went off seamlessly as well, taking a much shorter time than we expected. To be honest, it was rather therapeutic to just sit and watch Beatbot map the pool and start doing its cleaning. The t3chnology is second to none out there.Probably the coolest feature is the “park” or “sleep” mode. Once Beatbot has completed its tasks, it will float to the surface and go into dormant mode in a corner. When you see it floating there, you can pull it out for emptying/charging.The Beatbot App just emphasizes how great the tech really is. Being able to program various jobs, including a deep clean option, Wii aid in different times of the year. Being able to receive alerts/notifications for recharging and task completion is awesome. This, combined with our Beatbot surface skimmer/cleaner will give us a healthy, clean and amazing pool environment. We will update once we use in our outdoor pool if the Beatbot doesn’t meet expectation - but we have 3very reason to believe it will base$on our testing and our other Beatbot.Great job Beatbot, keep enhancing our pools with amazing technology!

Today, I’m diving into a review of the Beatbot AquaSense 2 Cordless Robotic Pool Vacuum Cleaner, and I couldn’t be more excited! It’s winter, so a water test will have to wait, but that won’t stop me from checking out everything this bot has to offer.I’ve been cleaning pools by hand for 35 years, and finally, I have some robotic assistance! Right out of the box, the AquaSense 2 looks sleek and well-designed. Best of all, it’s incredibly simple to use, with just three buttons on the top panel: ON/OFF, Floor Only, and Floor & Walls. These are perfect for quick cleans, but the real magic happens in the BeatBot app.Once downloaded from the App Store, the app unlocks a whole range of cleaning options. Floor Mode targets just the pool floor. Standard Mode cleans the floor, walls, and waterline in one cycle. Area Mode provides an even deeper clean by scrubbing walls, waterline, and doing the floor twice. My personal favorite is ECO Mode—just leave the bot in the water, and it keeps cleaning until the battery dies. When it’s done, it parks itself and waits to be recharged. There’s even a feature that lets you tell the bot to park at the side of the pool, making it easy to pull out when needed. No more struggling to fish it out from the middle!Beyond cleaning, the BeatBot app also lets you track cleaning history, monitor battery levels, and even update the firmware to keep your bot running at its best.Charging is effortless with the cradle-style charging dock. Just place the bot on the cradle, and it charges via contact—no cables to deal with!I’m really looking forward to finally letting a robot handle the dirty work. This model doesn’t surface-clean leaves and bugs like the BeatBot Pro, but that’s a small trade-off for the convenience of fully automated deep cleaning. Watching this thing navigate the pool is going to be my new favorite pastime!I’ll report back with a full water test once the weather warms up!

The beatbot pool vacuum came in minimal packaging I was able to recycle. It comes packaged very well and there was no damage. The manuals that come with it are not the easiest to follow at times but take your time reading it and you'll find all the information you need is there. Since I got this during the winter, I am not able to give a review for my personal pool, but I have been asking 2 local pools if I could come use this (and another I have) and they finally allowed me. After fully charging both vacuums I wanted to review, I headed over very early one morning. The other vacuum I tested at the same time was 2/3 of the cost of this one so I expect the features for the beatbot and the cleaning ability to outshine the other one. It did! After setting it up in the app, I placed it in the pool and it sunk and went to work on both walls and floors. The beatbot is heavier than the other one I tried but no so much that it wasn't manageable. The beatbot was cleaning the floors very quickly and when it came to walls, it easily climbed and cleaned them coming with out of the water to clean the water line. It did navigate the stairs but it was a little more clunky than the smaller vacuum I also used that day. It still did a good job. Full disclosure that I don't have stairs in my personal inground pool so this feature doesn't matter to me. The battery life was exceptional, so much so the pool staff kept telling me to hurry up as they were worried about swimmers showing up for their morning swim. I was able to to a complete run on battery before I go kicked out. What I found was even though I used the other vacuum in the pool first, the beatbot had a lot of debris in the basket and a lot of fine stuff I think the other one left behind. I really like the way you charge the beatbot in a nice charging cradle instead of plugging it in a port covered with a rubber seal. I feel like this will have trouble free charging for a longer period of time. This si totally worth the price if you have a pool you want to keep clean all the time as part of your regular routine.

This is like the ferrari of the cleaner world and you are paying for it. Luckily it's a 430 and not a kit car eh? It's superb quality in construction and the functions are all pre-programmed. Also literally no description on this so I'll help you out here with mine.First the bad: They don't tell you - but I've actually used one of these before at a friends house - it cannot do curved stairs well. That's it. Yeah really. That's this things weakness as it doesn't detect the curve as an edge in it's ai programming something they are apparently working on improving.Surprise as I've already messed around with one - everything else is stupidly good. THIS is what ai should be used for, programming monotonous tasks to rid yourself of the time sucking annoyance. Cleaning a large pool properly takes an hour at least. Per week, more if there are lots of people using it it all piles up into filth. Just annoying for the luxury of having a pool so this robot that automates everything is a godsend. So what exactly does this thing do? Top. Bottom. Sides and near perfectly at that. You cannot strap a camera to it as the robot sucks in air for ballast and "weighs" itself for operations as it works sucking itself to the sides or skim the top. That's why there are very few videos of this thing in action but trust me when I say it's quite good fun watching it with a beer and a sunset it really chugs along doing it's thing. You turn it on, drop it at a 45 degree angle into the water and let go. it will paddle out using its rubber fins and then suck in water to dive like a sub to the bottom. The sides are done by taking some air, becoming bottom heavy and flipping of sorts, sinking? type thing then it paddles and sucks like remora to the side which is quite clever I have to admit. Top skimming is just that. It surfaces like a sub and paddles about like a big blue duck. Really no problems with this robot at all from my friends usage last year.I know the price is hovering around 2.1K and with taxes it comes roughly to 2.5K all in. If you have a very large pool with frequent usage, water quality is a big issue. Considering the cost in time doing it yourself VS money to pay someone to come in and do it, this is quite cheap all things considered as it never will call in sick, works 24/7 for the season and will be ready when you are next season over.Might be well worth a look! (As long as you don't have sweeping curved stairs cough cough their very big secret haha)

I have used a few pool bots now over two seasons since installing my indoor-covered above ground pool, but none of them compare to the AQUASENSE 2 from the BEATBOT store. This AI powered wonder is unlike any other pool bot in my opinion. I am super pleased with my upgrade, as it takes literally all the effort out of both pool bottom and side cleaning, then takes it an entire dimension further, by literally gliding across the water, swimming around like a fish to clean floating debris. I didn't know what to expect, as despite some limited experience with pool bots, this was certainly new. I had heard about this feature, and thought I had seen everything... until I watched this thing in action. Wow.The AQUASENSE 2 seems is completely unique, using AI and cameras to entire map out your pool dimensions. It then goes about cleaning floor, walls, then surface and waterline, providing water clarification and advanced AI cruise debris detection like I have not witnessed before in a pool bot. Then, it returns to the point of entry, and parks itself, allowing you to pull it up out of the water. This thing is really intelligent, and I am really at a loss for words. As a utility, this pool bot is completely autonomous, requiring a very simple setup, before it gets to work for you. Programming it was a walk in the park, or in this case, a dive in the pool. The device can apparently last for over 9 hours on a charge, but I have not tested it to that limit yet. I can certainly say that it didn't take nearly that long to have my pool bottom clear of excess film, a few dead bugs, etc. I ordered my BEATBOT in the sky blue colour, and I think there are a couple of other colour options, but this was a good decor match for me.The device is also surprisingly well-weighted, and the treads are a thick, durable, rubberized design that grip any part of pool easily that it comes into contact with, as it traverses the depths and surface level, and completely takes care of business for me. I mean, I already put plenty of care into my pool, with all the appropriate chemicals... but the surface level was the one thing I could not really control well until now.I have only used the AQUASENSE 2 one time so far, but I can already tell this will be an invaluable weapon against the yuckies that have previously alluded my previous cleaning bots. I cannot recommend this option enough, it really is the best there is right now. 5 very clean stars.
