Follow the included instructions to assemble the tool & spool rack and load the spools onto the rods. Gently pull the wire to dispense the length needed. Spool tamers are not included, sold separately.

It's a great concept, but it's awkward and falls over Wing nuts keep falling off. Cord tamers are awesome

It is great for holding my 1/4 lb spoils of wire. The rods used to hold the sides together have wing nuts to hold everything together. The screw section is very short and I lost one wing nut within 24 hours. I lost a second one within the first week. Everything does have to come apart to change a spool, but with the 1/4 lb spools, it’s not a big problem. I use it to control my wire while attending craft shows. The plastic sides have worked okay so far, but I don’t know how durable it will be over the long haul. The third rod that they have tools on is not very good for holding tools. They just spin and fall off.

Holds the spools just fine, but the tools fall off so easily. And I have to disassemble the whole thing to add or remove spools. This isn't as convenient to use as I had hoped it would be.
