We purchased this as a Christmas gift to replace our old, smaller trampoline. The kids have loved it! That’s until there was some bad weather (tornado a few miles away) and the stakes didn’t hold. Luckily it was tethered but it still was able to flip. I contacted customer service right away to see about where I could purchase the replacement parts needed. They emailed me asking what parts I needed rather quickly. I emailed back the list and their response was that they sent out a whole new trampoline!! This was in NO way their fault or obligation to replace and they chose to do so anyways. I did email back stating I’d be happy to pay for the parts/trampoline and they simply told me not to worry about it and to enjoy. I never write reviews, but felt the amazing service needs to be acknowledged. (We have since ordered better anchors so hopefully will not happen again)

I have a 3.5 year old and it is perfect for him. The net keeps him safe even if he runs at it full speed (he has done it) it’s a good size for me and him to play on. The spring cover is also sturdy. He is about 36 lbs and it holds his weight. Would buy again

Very high quality trampoline and super easy to put together. If even handled a recent snow day super well. The kiddos have a blast on it and makes for great outdoor activity.

I purchased this 10’ trampoline for my 9 yr old grandson. It was easy to assemble by myself, by following the well-written instructions. I am a 61 year old grandma and had no problems assembling any part of the trampoline without assistance. The springs were easy to insert, following the clock method in the instructions, as was the net. The 10’ size is good for 3 small children (under 10) or two 8-10 year olds. All 3 of my grandkids jumped on it at the same time, without issue (they were 3, 5 and 9 years old). I did not use the anchors provided, because they are inadequate. I ordered longer, corkscrew style anchors that attach with ratchet-straps and secured it to the ground that way.

I am minutes away from finishing this trampoline, and I gotta say, it’s by far the easiest one I’ve put together. I have twin boys who are 8 and they helped hold certain pieces in place. Less than 90 minutes from opening the box, everything was finished. Some of these reviews had me thinking it would be 2-3 hours and I needed help. Nope, just me and a couple 8 year olds. The pieces just feel high quality. Great bounce (I had to try it out). The pieces definitely had some powder from the factory, but it’s not really a big deal. The kids are having a blast as I type this. Great product, 10/10.

These pictures are how the jumping mat is sewn together. Yep your seeing this right the straps are cut then sewn onto the mat ! Within a week you will have the threads come unraveled and the strap break loose! This is totally not safe at all ! The jumping mat is also very flimsy, not like any trampoline we have ever jumped on before. It gives way too much, my children would complain because their backs were hurting when jumping on the trampoline for even a short period of time. I was thinking at first it was because they hadn’t jumped on a trampoline in a long time. But after having 3 straps fall off in a week with them hardly even jumping on the trampoline because their backs would hurt if they did, I noticed how the mat was actually sewn and why we were having these issues. I’m writing all of this so hopefully you won’t be making the same mistake I made and spend over $300 on something that could potentially harm someone. The BCAn customer service was great about the situation, but I would definitely not recommend buying this trampoline.

So I bought this for my kids to replace a cheaper one that we lost during a windstorm. I think we chose right going with a more premium one this time because it went together easier, feels sturdier, and even came with stakes to help avoid what happened to my last one. I did add some extra screw in anchors, (also bought on Amazon), to supplement the rather flimsy looking stakes that came with the tramp, but the fact that it even has them is awesome. As for everything else, the net was marked for easy installation, the powder coating adds to the look and premium feel of the frame, and you could genuinely tell that someone put some thought into how the consumer was going to put it together. That was worth $150 extra just by itself. I'm gonna withhold 1 star because the installation tools weren't very helpful, (other than the spring puller), the instructions could have been clearer, and I want to see how it holds up to time before I come back and give it that 5th.
