I've used this grill many times for the last 2mo. It's a good size which is nice. Seems ok for duribility for the price point. But now here's the part I don't like... I've tried all kinds of charcoal and lump charcoal. Only kind is super lump, and I mean BIG pieces, that will get the temp between 225-275. That only works til the bottom is all ash which takes a couple hours but then you have to clean it out. To clean it you have to lift the grate with the coals in it and use a metal shovel to scoop out the ash. At the moment I am trying to smoke 2-9lb pork shoulders. The should take around 12hrs at 250. I had my temp for the 1st 4hrs and ever since I been stuck between 200-210. At this rate it's going to be MUCH longer which I wasn't planning on. I for sure wouldn't recommend this grill. If I was able to return it I would. I feel this is $200 wasted, not worth it. I should've went with a bbq with reviews since this one didn't have any at the time. This will be at my next yard sale.
