When I ordered this, it said it was also an archery backstop. It is not.That being said, as a backstop for baseball / softball I can imagine this would work well. I hung this behind my targets to stop arrows from penetrating through my targets and piercing my shed. It's not going to last. My arrows have already punched a few holes through it.It's very durable, and should be great for great for baseballs & softballs, but it is not for archery.

When I originally ordered it, It ALSO said archery backstop, so that's what I'm using it for. I have it in front of my rubber backstop and behind my target (so between the two) and it helps slow the arrows down so they don't puncture it too much. I have it hanging loosely so it can work better. I didn't realize that the holes were more on the short sides than on the longer sides... so I could only hang 2 of the hook things through them as there were only 2 holes to work with if I wanted to hang it long way horizontal. It works though. I found a way to get it stretched out anyway, so it didn't matter. It works. It's not going to stop an arrow, but it'll help to slow one down. I wasn't expecting it to stop an arrow anyway.

My daughter is a softball pitcher and we've been able to use this to protect both fences and her supply of softballs (they aren't cheap, and wire fences can play havoc with them).So far this has worked really well, especially when it can be draped over a pole high enough to allow for a dual layer of protection. The first layer slows the pitch down, and the air pocket offers enough resistance to prevent the pitch from hitting the fence too hard.This came with bungee cords, but no instructions, and we haven't figured out the best way to use them yet.

Set up a pitching target for the pitcher who wants to practice placement without a catcher sitting in, this target is great.Very nice materials high quality, easy to set up and use.A great value for the money and a good trainer for any pitcher.

Just started using it, so I can't comment on how long it will last, but I think it will last very long. It seems very durable, think and well made.

Ordered this for my son for batting practice. It is great just pop it up and practice and folds back up nicely for storage without taking up a lot of space. My son loves it
