This case started off well, but it has now become quite a hassle. I've had it for just over four months, and I'm finally writing this review because I've been facing charging issues for the past month and a half.At first, I didn’t mind the sporadic charging, as I could simply press the button again when I needed more power. However, things took a turn when I couldn't get it to charge consistently. It seems there's a short inside the case, as I now have to adjust my charger at awkward angles just to make it work, which is incredibly frustrating and time-consuming.A month and a half ago, I would have rated this case a 5, but now it takes far too long to get it to charge properly.

Este producto no cumple no tiene los 12000 Mah que dice tener no carga ni un 30% de batería del celular con la carga completa además de que tardaba mucho en cargarse y en cargar al Telefono nada recomendable yo le daría 0 estrellas pero el mínimo es 1

Unfortunately. The battery did not last long after a full charge. The case is solid as that is a positive. Returned product without any hassle.

I got this for my phone. It said you can charge it wireless too. But it didn't work when I tried it. It was also very heavy. But the battery life was good.

Didn't get to actually use it. The item was defective when I received it. The piece that the phone connects to the case to charge was broken. I had to request a replacement. I chose replacing it rather than a refund because the reviews weren't that bad. I need the battery case because I travel a lot during the day for my job and will need a charged phone. Will update the review after my replacement to see how it functions for me.Edited to add: I received a replacement very quickly. However, it is not charging well. It went from charging to 90%, then decreased to 87%, while plugged in. I'm not sure about this brand. My daughter has another brand for her iPhone that was cheaper than this one and hers works very well. I think I wasted my money. I'm very disappointed with this purchase.

This boasts the highest mah rating of the cases like this but could barely charge my phone (Samsung s24 ultra) from 50 to 80 percent when it was full. My phone also got very hot. The case fits well and is well made otherwise but I need it to be able actually give me longer battery life. Will return it due to false advertising of milliamp hours of battery.

The case is more sleek than other ones I have tried. They label it as a 12000 but I do not believe this to be true. I had a 10000 zero lemon before this that charged my phone many more times than this one can.
