portable battery base

I purchased this to replace a previous dock whose battery no longer held a charge that is no longer available. I’ve had this for less than two weeks, and while the base shows that it is fully charged, as soon as I unplug it, it loses power. Additionally, the slot for the power chord does not fit properly with my power chord and the adapter they supply also does not charge the base, and does not come with a charging block, so I had to supply my own. Very disappointed. I just need something that will make my echo dot portable. This base is basically useless and I am going to find a better option. Not worth the hassle of a return. $30 down the drain.

It allows me to seamlessly use Alexa throughout my entire house. I'm delighted to find that its battery life lasts the entire day, even when playing music. The attention to detail in matching the colors perfectly with my Alexa is a delightful touch, resulting in a visually appealing and aesthetically pleasing device. The battery lasts at least 9 hours, which gets me through my work day. My daycare class and I have enjoyed being able to take Ziggy the Owl outside for some dancing fun as well as playing with it inside. The battery base fits perfectly into the Owl Nest Base too, so Ziggy can ‘sleep’ in its bed while being recharged. I am so very glad I bought this base!
