really useful product for the price. you can use it I don't have to worry about it breaking it because the price is so inexpensive.with anything you really have to be careful that you don't scrape too hard so it flings off into your face we really careful securing the blades

I have to remove decals from glass multiple times a day. Most are either to bulky or to flimsy. I worry about the flimsy ones failing and being cut. This one is compact enough to fit my hand, sturdy, light weight, and works great.

This is a nice little razor blade scraper. While it’s not as heavy duty as my all metal scraper in the shop, this Bates scraper feels much nicer in hand & is easier to keep a good grip on since it has the rubbery ergo handle. I like that it has a cap & even a hole to add a strap (strap not included). The included razors are nice & sharp. They come in a separate baggie & have protective cardboard on the blade area.When I opened up the backside of the scraper to put the extra blades in the compartment, I was bummed to find that they don’t fit with their protective sleeve on them. I took the sleeves off & then was bummed to find that the blades are still an extremely tight fit into the compartment. I could only fit 6 in there...any more & the door won’t close. Then when I want to remove a blade from the compartment, it’s SO tight in there that I have to dig at the side of the unprotected blade just to get one out. This is the only downside to this scraper. The rest of it is good.

I bought this product since I need an inexpensive razor blade scraper. Unfortunately, mine came outside its bag, with the blades scattered all over the box in which it came in, but most importantly, it came without the screw and nut that holds the blade in its place.I wrote an email to Bates customer service and they answered immediately and provided me with a refund.I just wanted a screw and nut, but they just refunded it all anyway.I really appreciate this kind of attention to customer needs. Thanks
