Thought this was a good deal until I actually started using them. The liner tray doesnt fit the tray completely so rolling the brush becomes difficult since the roller catches on the excess plastic liner and prevent the roller from pressing the bottom of the tray to evenly displace paint.

Tray and tray liners are approximately 1/2” too narrow for standard paint roller frames (or at least the roller frames I use professionally). Also found that the tray liners were too small for my metal paint trays.Contacted seller who prompted processed a refund.

These disposable paint liners are perfect for any painting project. Well-made, durable, and works great with 9-inch paint rollers. So far they have held up nicely after repeated use. A big plus is that the liners extend over the edges of the pan. I'm very happy with them! 😁👍

My husband just used this tray and the first of the liners this week for a chimney painting project. Overall, he liked the tray and liner, especially since the liners wrap over the tray, so any drips along the edge are also disposed of for super easy cleanup. The chimney paint he used was extremely thick, which may have caused the liner to move around in the tray a bit more, but nothing problematic. The tray is plastic, so it is not as sturdy as metal for someone who paints all the time, but it is more than adequate for the occasional home painting project.

I own a handyman service and end up doing small paint jobs fairly frequently. For years I used the metal trays and disposable liners available from my local big box home improvement store. Last year I tried these Bates brand disposable liners and the associated plastic tray and they've been my first choice for all paint jobs since. The liners are about half the price of those available locally, but more importantly they're better liners. The raised dot pattern on these liners do a better job or removing excess paint from the roller and distributing the paint evenly around the roller. Compared to the cheap metal trays I used to use the plastic Bates tray is more rigid, more durable and fits the superior Bates disposable liners perfectly. It's not often I find a better product that's half the cost of the product it replaces. 5 big stars from this reviewer!

If you are like me you want your paint job to be as easy as possible. I use disposable drop cloths, paint rollers and tray inserts like these. It makes clean up so much easier. I started using these inserts a few years ago but these are much nicer than the ones I used. These are thicker and sturdier. In addition, they extend over the edges nicely so the pan shouldn't get much paint on it. This set comes with a new plastic tray and ten inserts.
