Having quick access to multi-pack fasteners and washers has made my life so much easier for my projects. This set has multiple sized fender washers (which are wider than standard washers) for each bolt size. The quality is great, and you simply can't beat getting over 200 washers for the price of just a few washers from your local hardware store.

I am dissapointed in this set. This is the second washer set I purchased because they listed the ID and OD of the washers at stated sizes. They are not sized according to the chart in the listing. The ID sizes run large and the OD sizes run small. Example - 12 x 24 x 1.5 washers are really 13.3 x 23.7 ID to OD. I am keeping the set and not returning them because it is not worth the hassel, and I will eventually use them for non critical applications. They just will not work for the application I bought them for. I hope this info helps other buyers when looking for specific sizes of washers. The chart should have listed the actual sizes not the nominal sizes - it would have kept me from buying this set and wasting my money. FYI - the zinc plated washer I wanted to replace is 12.23 x 23.7, so I know there are washers that are closer to 12mm id.

I got tired of going to the local hardware store and buying a handful of fender washers at a time at an absurd price, so I ordered a couple of assortments to fill my bins at a fraction of the "per washer" cost.I ordered this kit from Bates, and another kit (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0DBLK8F3J). Steer clear from that other kit -- every one of the 200 washers was mixed together in a random soup of mixed metal when it arrived.THIS kit, by Bates, however, solved that problem by using a simple solution -- each size is packed in its own tiny Ziploc bag. When this kit arrived, I popped the lid to the organizer open and found 15 different sized (measured in metric) of fender washers neatly separated in their compartments.While emptying each Ziploc bag, I found not mis-stamps nor flashing. Each of these washers is as good as the Hillman washers that I found at the local hardware store.I give this ten dollar (at the time of this review) kit five solid stars for the quality, price, and the foresight of the vendor to keep the washers separated by using tiny bags. These washers would have cost me four or five times the price had I bought them individually.

This is a great assortment of fender washers to keep on hand for indoor or outdoor use. A sample left in fresh water for 24 hours did not show any corrosion, but the 304 stainless-steel will corrode in salt water so they are not suitable for marine use. I measured a random sample of the washers, and they are generally true to the advertised specs, other than being about 5% thinner than listed (e.g. the 1.5 mm thick washers were 1.4 mm thick).Inside the compartmentalized case, the various washer sizes come packed in zip lock bags to keep them from getting mixed up during shipment. Unfortunately, the plastic of the case is somewhat brittle and several of the partitions arrived broken. However, I'm not going to deduct any stars as I am otherwise quite satisfied with this washer assortment.
