It fits my Model Y. It was tricky at first folding it. But once you know how to fold it its easy, fold it lengthwise from top.

I needed a windshield sunshade for my 2024 model Y and always have loved Basenor products. This sunshade is specifically made for Tesla so the fit is great. It makes a big difference in the interior temperature of the car during these hot days in California. The material is sturdy. It stays in place with the Velcro straps on the rear mirror piece. Comes with a handy bag for folding and storage when not in use.

Please note wrinkles on the picture. Product fits easy and covers the whole windshield as promised. I didn’t even have to undo the Velcro to install, it slides right in.Only challenge is that the product is so big, it has been a challenge to fold. I see that this is a common issue across all shades tho.For $20 it’s a good investment for your Tesla if you are in a sunny state like California :-). Definitely made a difference…

Fit the model Y windshield perfectly. Durable easily foldable simple clean and sleek no ugly graphics. Comes with the storage pouch. Would 100% recommend.

This windshield SunShade protector is a great tool to keep your car cool in the Texas heat! I feel like the material is a tad thicker than the other windshield protectors and will last for a long time. It's easy to use and easy to open and close as it's more like a umbrella. Covers the whole of the windshield of a 2024 Model Y. They also provide a storage pack to keep it packed safely.

Sunshade fits perfectly and helps keep the front of the car cool. Works even better if you have a sunscreen for the sunroof and the back. Folding it back up is an art, but that's expected with these types of screens. Takes a few times to learn and after that, it's easy. Worth the money.

It's soooo big that it's cumbersome to unfold and fold back up. I have to open my door to make room to fold it up so it doesn't hit me in the face while I put it in the storage pouch. The edges are pretty stiff. I think that might be why it's challenging to fold and unfold it. I have to be very careful with it. I should have tried to find two separate units rather than one big unit. HOWEVER I love how well it covers the window! Once it's open it's easy to install. I appreciate that there is a Velcro tab that attaches around the rear view mirror. It stabilizes the entire unit along with the fold down visors.

So if you want a windshield shade, like I did, this isn’t bad. It does reduce the temps overall, especially the heat on the seats and likely on the screen (I haven’t compared it to other products, it’s the only one I own, and I haven’t done much in terms of studying the temperatures).**It works, it fits a Model 3** .Other than a very small area (where it attaches around the mirror) it blocks the entire windshield, as well.It’s very easy to put up, you just use the visors and a Velcro strap it has to secure it.The size of it can be annoying when putting it up, as you have to squeeze it into the car through the door, rubbing it into random spots on your interior and what not. It’s not an issue if you take your time, but doing it every day it can be annoying I guess. I suppose that’s normal though, what else would I expect? It’s a big sunscreen, of course you have to fit it into the car.The main thing I want to stress is that you shouldn’t buy this just because it comes in a little bag and looks easy to store. Right now mine is sitting in my trunk, as always, folded in half and not in the bag, taking up space (not much space, it’s flat and light, the only annoying thing is that it sits over the bottom storage area hatch). While I’ve gotten very close to folding it back up, I can’t get it quite small enough for the bag.That said I haven’t looked it up (how to fold it), and didn’t pay attention when first opening it; namely, a smarter person may be able to handle it. For me? I have given up on the folding, maybe one day I’ll look it up or try it again. It doesn’t come with any clues. It basically works by having a springy metallic frame inside that can be folded and twisted into a small circle when done correctly, I just can’t quite get it perfect enough to fit.So, basically I recommend it as a sun shade, but I wouldn’t buy it solely for the small footprint, unless you’re much thriftier than I am or pay more attention to the details when you unwrap it initially. Most likely it’ll end up folded in half in your trunk, but it will work just fine for it’s intended purpose and it’s cheap.
