I am on my second one of these. My first lasted about 8 years and for the price, that is extremely affordable. Very accurate with the tight springs attached. I am a trainer and highly suggest you get this to track fat. Forget about paying too much attention to the scale or BMI. I am in excellent shape and just finished my 90th marathon but BMI (which goes only by weight and height) states that I am "extremely obese"! I assure you I am not, but with this I can keep track of exactly how I am doing!

Not bad, but difficult to use with right hand. The scale is only printed on one side, so you have to use it in your left hand to read the measurement on the scale. Most people are right handed (like me), so either print scale on other side, or better yet, on both sides. You also need to have someone else do most measurements, since they are taken on your back, etc. where you cannot reach. Insruction manual is very informative. Good value for the price.
