I would've easily given this a 5 star based on their customer service, but the fact is, it didn't quite work for the vehicle. I tried to replace the old and rusted water outlet tube on my 98 Montero and found this. Unfortunately, tried it on and it didn't line up well with the water outlet and the crossover tube on the rear of the motor. I did get a full refund and an apology for the inconvenience.
