I am an aircraft technician with my own business and this tool is very handy and easy use. It comes with a calibration card which even though mostly in Chinese i can understand it. The one aircraft type i work on has specific criteria that needs to be met for proper operation of the landing gear and a force meter is key to get the settings. This meter perfectly fits the standards. It comes with a variety of tips to take either push or pull force readings. This tool looks well made and durable. It should last a long time. I will say watch out when ordering. I had to return the first one i ordered because of too light of a range. I ordered the ZP-50N when I needed the 500N.

Revised: Customer service reached out and sent me updated software. That was appreciated and deserving of acknowledgement. Software will export to Excel. . The unit itself performed well. The software install remains a bit confusing as being developed in another country.Original: The unit will measure forces however the instructions are vague and the software is poor at best. You cannot export to Excel despite there being a button (grayed out). I needed a method to measure hands free force over time and this won't do it. Unit seems well build, however the interface is...not of the standards I would recommend. It just does not work for me.

Can not set power off function. Software adjustment was required and manufacturer has not been responsive.

Honest Review : Quality and everything includedI purchased 2 of these units 50n and 20n identically the same except for the desired force for the gauges. All cables and software included for PC hook up. Program took a little to learn but easy to figure out with trial and error. I will say great support from china, answered all questions with extra support.

I know this is a cheap device for what it is, but this one didn't even work out of the box. It wouldn't power up out of the box so I charged it overnight and it still wouldn't power up. I tried powering it up with it plugged in as well. I tested the power supply with a multimeter and it is putting out the rated voltage. The build quality is pretty poor. The plastics grips don't fit well, the carrying case needs to be taped shut as it doesn't stay shut on its own - they actually shipped it taped shut so they know this when it leaves the factory. The manually is printed on standard printer paper, stapled in 3 places and folded in half.Update 3/13/2020: Baoshishan reached out to me after I left my review and offered to replace the unit. When the new unit came in, the case was the same design, but this one seems to actually stay closed on its own. The design of the case is susceptible to warping which is likely why some cases come in fine and some not so much. They did advise that they would be changing the case design. The build quality in terms of the fitment of the grips is the same, but this is to be expected. For what this unit does at this cost, it's a good deal if it works and is accurate. This unit works, and it works well. I charged it up overnight and unplugged it in the morning and it turns on and works perfectly. The manual that they sent this time is better than it was before. It's still printed, but at this time it was folded and stapled like a proper booklet.I had originally given them 1 star, I have moved this up to 4 stars because not only did the seller reach out unsolicited and make an effort to resolve the situation, but they lived up to it and provided a working unit while addressing as much as they could given the fact that China was largely shutdown do to COVID-19 (novel corona virus).As of right now, I'm happy. I'll do some more testing this unit and if I have reason to believe it has faults I'll update my review, but based on playing with it for about 20 minutes this morning, it seems to be working great. Thank you Baoshishan for the great customer service.

Nice kit. I use it constantly for a couple hours at a time, and the batteries never lose more than a third of the indicated charge. I have not used more than a third of the tensile range yet, but it seems to be adequately calibrated to a NIST traceable unit I use with it during one of the regular measurements.This is a great value in my opinion.
