Orginally bought used/Like New and found one terminal stripped. I returned and bought new, works well. This is way quieter than the Packard exposed contactors I have used for a while. I have this installed to turn off a battery charger during peak power hours.

I needed a normally closed contractor and they're not easy to find. I'm using home automation to control my electric water heater. I wanted an NC contactor in case the smart devices failed, I would still have hot water. This one fit the bill and is working just fine.
