The inline fuse that comes with BCP Jeeps and cars is only rated to handle 13A. This one handles more than double that current. If you upgrade the motors for your kids' powerwheels or ride-on car/truck, this is a must-have otherwise you'll overload the OEM circuitry as a result of higher amp draw. The reset button is nice so that if you do trip it, you can quickly reset the fuse yourself rather than crossing your fingers and hoping that an auto relay fuse switches back by itself after an arbitrary amount of time.
