I bought this to replace a meter on my tube tester and works good.

Impressed with the looks, fit and finish on this meter. Operates smoothly and appears to be accurate compared to DMM. FYI, the coil resistance is about 156 ohms. IMO a mA meter is more versatile than a voltmeter, because you can easily add series resistance to calibrate it. I'm making a Gauss meter and want an old school meter versus a digital display. IMO a meter with 1.0 full-scale is versatile, because you can adjust your circuit for full scale = 100%, and then it's easy to measure relative values directly. IOW ignore the mA units. My only "complaint" is that it would have been nice if they included a template for the cutout, but that's nitpicking for sure.

Fits well in MFJ-802B Field Strength Meter after only a little metal nibbler work on the front panel.

Analog meters like this one are not as easy to find as they once were. This one performs well for me.

Easy to disassemble - 2 screws. Face comes off with 2 more screws. The original scale is painted on a sturdy aluminum piece. In my case, I printed a new scale on peel and stick paper and stuck it to the back of the original scale. One issue users should be aware of: The armature resistance is 158 ohms rather than the standard 100 ohms. So if you are replacing an old meter, or building a cook book project you may have to make some modifications to compensate for the significant errors that this wildly different armature resistance could introduce.

these meters are just good old type meter, they have 4 mounting studs on the back and screw terminals and come with screws and nuts and washers. the way things did many rears ago, I like them.
