I wore these to a concert in November, had no headache after, no ringing ears. They don't move but also don't hurt my head. I also use these for shooting since I go hunting for grouse, deer and other game on my property. Anything bigger than a .22, these really protect my hearing well.

I wear these at work, they start to hurt after 10+ mins. Good for using a loud tool then taking them out, I wouldn’t want to wear them any extended period of time

THEY ARE A BIT TIGHT ON MY HEAD/EARS SO I USED A LIGHTER AND HEATED UP THE HEADBAND TO FLAIR IT OPEN A BIT. MAYBE ARE DESIGNED FOR SMALL CHINESE HEADS BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER AND THEY DO THE JOB FOR A GOOD PRICE

They barely fit my somewhat large head. They press hard enough against ears, which may be uncomfortable for some people. They don't eliminate noise but reduce it by quite a bit. They are cheap enough to have around for occasional use, as they are more convenient and easier to put on than disposable foam plugs.
